Implementing unit teaching is an important way to improve the efficiency of high school Chinese ancient poetry teaching.It can help students comprehensively understand the content of ancient poetry unit learning,construct a systematic knowledge framework,and enhance their logical thinking ability.Unit teaching is a teaching method that takes a unit as a unit and designs and organizes teaching activities as a whole.It can help Chinese language teachers organize teaching at a higher level,integrate teaching content reasonably,optimize teaching process,and improve teaching quality;It also exercises students’ thinking ability from the overall level,which has profound significance for students’ Chinese learning.On the basis of studying relevant literature and combining my own educational internship experience,this study investigates the current situation of high school Chinese ancient poetry unit teaching,understands the problems and causes of current teaching,and attempts to propose improvement strategies for high school Chinese ancient poetry unit teaching.The specific research content is mainly divided into the following three parts:Chapter 1: Investigation and analysis of the current situation of teaching ancient Chinese poetry units in high school.A total of 60 high school Chinese teachers from three schools in S city were selected as the main research subjects.A questionnaire was distributed to investigate the current status of high school Chinese ancient poetry unit teaching.Considering that teaching is a bilateral activity between teachers and students,a student questionnaire was also designed to supplement the research.From the perspective of students,the teaching behavior of teachers was observed,striving to truly understand the implementation of high school Chinese ancient poetry unit teaching at the current stage,Input the obtained data into SPSS26.0 software for analysis,providing data support for subsequent research.Chapter 2: Analysis of the problems and reasons in the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry units in high school.Through the analysis of the survey results,it can be seen that there are problems in the current high school unit teaching of ancient poetry,such as insufficient understanding of the unit teaching concept by teachers,unreasonable design of unit teaching objectives,lack of integration of unit teaching content,formalized recitation activities with fewer types of unit activities,and single evaluation subject and method of unit teaching.Then classify and analyze the causes of the above problems,mainly in three aspects: the lack of overall awareness and unit teaching experience of teachers themselves,the constraints of objective factors,and the phenomenon of disconnection between educational policies and teaching practice.Chapter 3: Improvement strategies and case studies on the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry units in high school.Based on the current problems in the teaching of ancient poetry units in high school,this paper attempts to propose specific improvement strategies for the teaching of ancient poetry units in high school Chinese.There are six aspects in total.They include improving teachers’ professional literacy through multiple channels,setting progressive teaching objectives for ancient poetry units,coordinating and integrating relevant content both inside and outside the class,organizing teaching activities that are diverse and close to students’ lives,skillfully using tasks from multiple perspectives to implement teaching evaluation,improving students’ understanding of the role of pre class preview,and stimulating preview interest.Finally,based on my own educational internship experience,the author provided corresponding teaching cases.I hope that through in-depth research on the current situation and improvement strategies of high school Chinese ancient poetry unit teaching,we can provide improvement ideas and directions for the problems existing in the current high school Chinese ancient poetry unit teaching,and provide more beneficial inspiration and assistance for frontline Chinese teachers.
