| On August 10,2019,the General Office of the State Council issued an outline for building a strong country in sports,which stated that "promoting young people to improve physical literacy and develop a healthy lifestyle should be an important part of school physical education".With the deepening of education reform,the comprehensive development of teenagers’ physical and mental health has been paid more and more attention,which is also the inevitable requirement of the increasingly fierce competition in today’s society.Physical literacy is an important basis for people’s all-round development,which mainly refers to the common development of body,cognition,emotion,behavior and so on.County sports school students are an important part and source of competitive sports reserve talents.The evaluation of their physical health and physical exercise effect is excellent,but it can not fully reflect the students’ physical quality.As an important force in the field of competitive sports to promote the construction of healthy China,as well as the needs of personal and social development in the future,students in county-level sports schools need to have a higher level of physical literacy.Therefore,the establishment of a systematic evaluation index system of physical literacy is an important guarantee to achieve this goal.This study takes the evaluation index system of physical literacy of students in county sports schools in Shandong Province as the research object,using literature method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods.The evaluation index system of physical literacy of students in Shandong county sports schools was constructed by means of literature method and Delphi method.Delphi method is used to determine the weight of each index;The weighted comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the physical literacy of students in county sports schools in Shandong Province,and the rationality of the evaluation results is verified.Results:(1)Constructed the evaluation index system of physical literacy of students in county sports schools in Shandong Province.The index system includes four first-level indicators,including physical dimension,emotional dimension,cognitive dimension and behavioral dimension,11 second-level indicators such as body shape and competitive sports attitude,and 30 third-level indicators.(2)The weights and scoring standards of the physical literacy evaluation index system for students in county-level sports schools in Shandong Province are determined.Among them,the weights of the first-level indicators are ranked as "A2emotional dimension" = "A3 cognitive dimension"(0.2569)> "A4 behavior dimension"(0.2477)> "A1 physical dimension"(0.2384);students’ physical literacy scores are divided into 5 Grades are: A(excellent≥90 points),B(80 points≤good<90 points),C(70 points≤medium<80 points),D(60 points≤passing<70 points),E(failed<60 points).(3)The weighted comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the physical literacy of students in county-level sports schools.This study selects students from Xintai City Amateur Sports School and distributes the questionnaire on physical fitness of students from county-level sports schools in Shandong Province to sports school students to fill in.The recovered data is processed and the score is calculated using a weighted comprehensive evaluation method to obtain each student.Then,the results are handed over to the class teacher and coaches to make reasonable judgments,and the validity of the evaluation results of the physical literacy evaluation index system of sports school students is verified.The results show that the established evaluation index system is effective.Conclusion:(1)The physical literacy of the students in the county-level sports school not only has the characteristics of the ordinary students’ physical literacy,but also has the particularity of the students in the sports school.Through the preliminary establishment of the evaluation index,it is found that: there is a great imbalance in the physical dimension of sports school students,the score of the overall physical dimension of sports students is generally low,and the understanding that the physical dimension of sports school students is bound to be better is obviously wrong;County sports school students are in the stage of developing the basic skills of special sports and training for training.Training takes up the main time,accompanied by competition participation.Students’ competitive sports attitude,sports participation and other aspects present the characteristics that ordinary students do not have.(2)The physical literacy evaluation index system of county-level sports school students in Shandong Province includes four aspects: physical dimension,emotional dimension,cognitive dimension and behavior dimension.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are determined by the method of Cronbach coefficient and expert scoring,and experts are obtained.The measurement results have high consistency and can be used to evaluate the physical literacy of students in county-level sports schools in a more comprehensive manner.(3)Based on the established county of shandong province sports school students physical quality evaluation index system,and refer to the existing relevant research results at home and abroad,compiled the county sports students body quality assessment questionnaire,by the physical dimension,emotional dimension,cognitive dimension and behavior dimension of four parts,includes 54 items,after has the high level of reliability and validity of test,and has better practicability and maneuverability.The evaluation index system is proved to be reasonable and effective through practical application.Relevant training institutions can carry out the measurement and evaluation of students’ physical literacy level by referring to this evaluation index system,so as to discover the deficiencies in training,so as to promote the improvement of students’ physical literacy level. |
