With the proposal of my country’s "Sports Power" strategy,national fitness has become the top priority of my country’s development,and the development of youth sports has become the focus of social attention.The development of youth physical fitness is related to the country’s future prosperity and social civilization.improvement.Under this background,using the youth sports and health literacy evaluation system to comprehensively evaluate the sports and health literacy of junior high school students in Shenyang can more objectively reflect the physical education status of Shenyang junior high school.Based on the theory and actual needs of youth quality education in Shenyang,this paper studies and analyzes the sports and health literacy of Shenyang youths using the Delphi method and AHP analytic hierarchy process,and builds a youth sports and health literacy evaluation system.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey and analysis of sports and health literacy among 10 junior high school students in 6 districts of Shenyang,and finally put forward practical suggestions for the development of sports and health literacy of youth in Shenyang from the perspective of the combination of school,family and society.(1)The evaluation indicators of youth sports and health literacy constructed in this study are mainly composed of four first-level indicators of sports and health knowledge,sports and health awareness,sports and health behaviour,sports and health ability,health care knowledge,sports and health There are 12 secondary indicators such as spirit,sports consumption,and physical fitness,and 35 third-level indicators such as sports first aid knowledge,sports confidence,completion of physical education tasks,and the level of sports competitions,which together form an interrelated evaluation index.(2)By establishing a hierarchical structure model and constructing a judgment matrix,standardize the index values at all levels to obtain the weight values of the youth sports and health literacy evaluation indexes at all levels.The weights of the first-level indicators are A3 sports and health behaviour(0.2991)> A2 sports and health awareness(0.2982)> A4 sports and health ability(0.2052)> A1 sports and health knowledge(0.1975);the final weight of the second-level indicators The order is B7 physical exercise and awareness habits(0.1806)> B6 sports and health ethics(0.1109)> B4 sports and healthy spirit(0.1086)>...> B8 sports consumption(0.0466);the weights of the three-level indicators are C19 independent sports The time,frequency and intensity of exercise(0.1024)> C18 completion of physical education class tasks(0.0782)> C27 ability to avoid risks during natural disasters(0.0702)> … > C21 consumption of purchasing sports event tickets(0.0105).(3)The overall level of sports and health literacy among junior high school students in Shenyang is not optimistic,and there are slight differences in various sports literacy indicators.From the perspective of gender,boys are generally better than girls;from the overall situation analysis,the students in the junior high school have a more positive attitude towards sports,but their understanding of sports and health knowledge still needs to be improved,and the organization and development of sports and health activities also need to be improved.It is still to be strengthened.The physical and health literacy of junior high school students in Shenyang varies by gender and presents different trends with the increase in grades.(4)Through the analysis of the current situation of sports and health literacy among junior high school students in Shenyang,a promotion strategy with the combination of school,family and society as the main entry point is proposed,and the evaluation index system of youth sports and health literacy is constructed and improved.Physical health literacy provides a scientific measurement tool and theoretical basis and also makes important contributions to the implementation of the "Healthy China" outline,the realization of quality education,the cultivation of students’ lifelong sports ideas,and the promotion of student’s all-round development.
