Under the background of examination-oriented education system in our country,the traditional teaching can basically satisfy students’ systematic cognition of knowledge,which can’t be replaced.However,the three centers of traditional teaching---teachers,textbooks and classrooms totally ignore the main role of students.So there are some shortcomings in the traditional teaching.Moreover,it can’t be taken into account both the students with strong receptivity and the less receptive students in traditional teaching.The teaching rhythm of the teachers depends on the learning process of the majority of students.This teaching method called "one size fits all" runs counter to the "people-oriented" teaching idea,which is very unfavorable to the individual development of students.MOOC is more and more mature with its abundant resources,free and famous teacher lectures.It is loved by the majority of learners,and a wave of MOOC has been set up all over the world.While MOOC provides opportunities to improve our traditional teaching,it also brings certain challenges and impacts.By the way of self-paced learning method,it is possible for students to master their own learning content.In the situation with MOOC sweeping the world,it should be regarded for people to dialectically view the pros and cons of traditional teaching and MOOC.Then a blended teaching model of traditional teaching and MOOC can be constructed to achieve the best teaching effect.This paper is based on the research background at home and abroad,based on the constructivist learning theory,humanistic learning theory and learning theory.It is adopted literature method,questionnaire survey method,interviews and field observation research in paper.With using the MOOC platform of Chongqing Normal University,A MOOC course is built.A blended teaching model integrating traditional teaching with MOOC is put forward.The prophase analysis,curriculum design and assessment of the model are analyzed in detail.Finally,in order to test the feasibility of the model,blended teaching practice is carried out.After the teaching practice,through analyzing the study data and surveying the feedback of students,it can be verified that the blended teaching model can stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve the learning effect of students,and cultivate the independent learning ability and cooperation ability of students and the spirit of innovation.At the same time,the blended teaching practice also has some shortcomings.It can be summarized and reflected these deficiencies,which provides experiences and reference for the subsequent blended teaching practice.
