People’s visual system plays an important role in perceiving external information and understanding the objective world every day.Studies in the field of motor cognition show that exercise can improve cognitive function and long-term motor experience can improve visual perception.There have also been studies that have shown that motor experience can improve visual working memory performance,but the type of motor experience and its causes are unclear.Therefore,based on the model of interaction between visual perception and visual working memory,the n-back task paradigm was selected as the measuring task of working memory,and the response time and accuracy of the task were used as the variables.The main purpose is to provide help and guidance for improving students’visual working memory ability,to increase the theoretical basis for physical education classroom,extracurricular training,and so on,so as to enrich the cognitive research of visual working memory representation in different physical training programs,and also to provide scientific program guidance for exercise groups.Through the method of documentation and visualization of knowledge map,the study of visual working memory is systematically grasped,the development trend of visual working memory at home and abroad is clarified,and a theoretical basis is laid for further research.The feasibility of the study and the rationality of the experimental method,content,equipment,scale,software program and process were asked by the expert interview method.According to the results of the expert interviews,the experimental ideas and the overall depn were further improved.Experiments,questionnaires and mathematical statistics were used to analyze the effects of different physical exercises on visual working memory representation,the effects of different intensity acute psychological stress on visual working memory representation and the effects of interaction between them on visual working memory representation.Three experiments were conducted to explore the effects of acute psychological stress on visual working memory representation of college students under different physical exercise programs.The subjects in experiment 1 and Experiment 2 were divided into three groups according to their regular participation in physical exercise in the basic information table.Experiment 3 was randomly divided into three groups on the basis of experiment 1.All three experiments were conducted by the same personnel.The results showed that there were pnificant differences in the response time and accuracy of simple and complex visual working memory task representation between different physical exercise items.The accuracy was ACC individual item>ACC group item>ACC no exercise,and the response time was RT no exercise>RT group item>RT individual item.The response time of simple visual working memory task representation and the accuracy of complex visual working memory task representation were different among different physical exercise items.The results of experiment 2 show that estimating task paradigm can arouse low intensity acute psychological stress state,Trier social stress task can arouse high intensity acute psychological stress state.There were pnificant differences in response time and accuracy of simple and complex visual working memory task representation between different intensities of acute psychological stress.The accuracy was low intensity ACC stimulus>ACC no stimulus>ACC high intensity stimulus,and the response time was RT no stimulus>RT high intensity stimulus>RT low intensity stimulus.The response time of simple visual working memory task representation and the accuracy of complex visual working memory task representation were different between different intensities of acute psychological stress.The results of experiment 3showed that in the simple visual working memory task group,the main effect of different physical exercise items was pnificant F(2,171)=10.976,p<0.001,η_p2=0.303,but the main effect of different intensity acute psychological stress was not pnificant F(2,171)=2.794,p=0.061,η_p2=0.001 and pnificant interaction between them F(2,171)=2.658,p=0.031,η_p2=0.101;In the complex visual working memory task group,the main effect of different physical exercise items was pnificant F(2,171)=3.318,p=0.036,η_p2=0.105,and the main effect of different intensity acute psychological stress was pnificant F(2,171)=52.448,p<0.001,η_p2=0.345 and pnificant interaction F(2,171)=5.865,p<0.001,η_p2=0.121.Conclusion:(1)There are differences in visual working memory representation ability among different physical exercise programs.Engaging in physical exercise improves visual working memory,and individual exercise programs do best at increasing visual working memory representations.(2)Estimation task paradigm can arouse low intensity acute psychological stress,Trier social stress task can arouse high intensity acute psychological stress.(3)Different intensities of acute psychological stress have different effects on visual working memory representation ability.Mental stress shortened visual working memory responses,and low-intensity acute mental stress promoted the best visual working memory representation performance.(4)In the study of interaction between the two,only the stimuli of simple visual working memory had no pnificant main effect,while the other stimuli including complex visual working memory had pnificant main effect and interaction.In other words,the interaction between the two was conducive to visual working memory representation.(5)Of all the combinations,visual working memory was the best in the combination of low stimulation and individual exercise. |
