The Appeal And Realization Of The Sports Participation Of The Digitally Disadvantaged Groups From The Perspective Of Social Justice

With the development of technology in modern society,digitalization and information technology are continuing to empower the development of sports in all aspects.People’s sports participation has undergone a radical change,and national fitness has become more intelligent.The digital expansion of sports participation is gaining momentum,and sports fitness,sports training,leisure sports,and physical education are all in line with the digital era,innovating the forms and contents of sports participation,which is a progress for China’s sports industry,but a great challenge for the large scale of digitally disadvantaged groups.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the appeal and realization paths of sports participation of the digitally disadvantaged groups to promote public digital sports participation and achieve social justice.This study uses scientific research methods such as literature,expert interviews,comparative analysis,and combines the current issues of sports participation among digitally disadvantaged groups,comprehensively utilizing knowledge such as the concept of fairness and justice in sociology,relevant rights protection in law,and information resource sharing in management to analyze the sports participation appeals of digitally disadvantaged groups in China,and accordingly proposes the realization path of the appeals.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The "digitally disadvantaged groups" in the field of sports refer to social groups that are disadvantaged by the objective conditions and subjective consciousness of the economy,society and culture due to the differences in digital technology and information access,which affect the opportunities of sports participation.This group includes not only the elderly,who are out of touch with the development of the times,and the physically and psychologically handicapped,but also those who are passive due to unequal access to information resources,weak awareness of their rights,and susceptible to interference from external conditions.2.The "sports participation" in this study can be summarized as participation in all sports-related activities,not only direct physical participation,but also indirect participation in sports-related activities such as watching sports games,online physical education,and sports shopping.The digital expansion of sports participation has occurred in the fields of sports and fitness,sports training,leisure sports,and physical education.3.Contemporary appeals for sports participation of digitally disadvantaged groups originate from the problem of injustice in sports participation: the problem of high threshold created by the digitization of sports environment,the problem of marginalization arising from the difference of digital level,and the problem of low security caused by the inequality of sports resources.4.From the perspective of social justice,it is analyzed that the sports participation appeals of digitally disadvantaged groups are manifested in four aspects: equality of sports rights and digital rights,fairness of opportunities in terms of both digital abilities and conditions,intergenerational equality focusing on older groups,and fairness in the distribution of sports information resources.In response to the above demands,the following realization paths are proposed: first,to guarantee the sports participation rights and digital rights of digitally disadvantaged groups,which is the bottom line of social justice;second,to cultivate digital ability and improve digital conditions,and then create a fair digital atmosphere;third,to create an intergenerational cultural pattern,and do a good job of spiritual guidance and social security;fourth,to allocate various resources of sports fairly and realize digital sharing.
