| If the nation wants to revive,the countryside needs to revive.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and insisted on giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas.The 14 th five year plan and the outline of long-term goals for 2035 adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee also stressed the need to fully implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.To carry out rural revitalization,talent support is the cornerstone,and it is necessary to cultivate a "three rural" team who understands agriculture,loves rural areas and farmers.In 2018,the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy clearly stressed that the implementation of the Rural Revitalization strategy must break the bottleneck of talents and put the development of human capital in the first place.This fully shows the important position of human resources in Rural Revitalization.Therefore,in 2021,the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and speeding up agricultural and rural modernization pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of agriculture related universities,agriculture related vocational colleges and agriculture related disciplines,so as to provide talents for Rural Revitalization.Agricultural college students are not only an important human resource to promote social development,but also an important potential force to promote the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.However,the reality is that many agricultural college students are not willing to choose to work in rural grassroots.There are many reasons for this problem,but it is undeniable that one of the important reasons is the problem of College Students’ view of career choice.This topic is put forward under this background.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,based on the previous research results of domestic and foreign scholars,starting from the basic theory of Agricultural College Students’ career outlook,selects five agricultural college students to conduct a questionnaire survey,sorts out the current situation and main problems of Agricultural College Students’ career outlook,and analyzes the existing problems On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the education of employment outlook of agricultural college students.The main contents and achievements are as follows:firstly,the status quo of the employment outlook of agricultural college students is investigated.A questionnaire was designed to investigate the current situation of College Students’ employment outlook,and a sample survey was conducted among the five selected agricultural colleges.The survey results show that some college students have some problems,such as weak professional thought of serving the grassroots,anxiety consciousness of employment mentality,single way of employment choice,and the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship needs to be enhanced.Secondly,it analyzes the factors of the problems of College Students’ career outlook.The analysis points out that: social environment includes rural economic situation,public opinion evaluation and family education mode;university environment includes specialty and curriculum setting,education content of employment outlook,employment guidance;and college students’ own reasons,which are the important factors leading to the problems of some college students’ employment outlook.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the education of employment outlook of agricultural college students.Specifically,it includes: improving the policy system conducive to college students’ career choice,creating a public opinion atmosphere conducive to college students’ career choice,optimizing the family education environment;strengthening the discipline construction and curriculum linked with rural revitalization,giving full play to the joint role of Ideological and political courses and curriculum ideological and political education,strengthening the construction of College Students’ employment service system;strengthening the self-education function of College Students’ career choice concept.It is expected that these countermeasures and suggestions can be of reference value to strengthen the education of employment outlook of agricultural college students. |
