Reserch On Education Of College Students’ Career Outlook In The New Era

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: “Employment has a vital bearing on the people’s livelihood.We should adhere to the employment priority strategy and active employment policy,achieve higher quality and full employment”.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,in which era,college students are the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Now,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,employment structural contradiction is increasingly prominent and career selection is diversified,thus,the existing problems are more prominent.The research on the education of college students’ view of career choice in the new era is helpful for college students to set up a correct view of career selection and achieve higher quality and full employment.This paper is composed of five parts.Section 1 discusses the background and significance of the topic,the research status and analysis demestic and abroad,research methods and innovation points.Section 2 analyzes the characteristics and functions of college students’ view of career choice in the new era.Section 3 devotes to an empirical investigation on the college students’ outlook on employment and the relative education in the new era.Through questionnaire survey,this thesis investigates the current situation of college students’ outlook on career selection and their education.At the same time,we analyze the problems existing in the education of College Students’ Outlook on career selection and their education in the new era with the help of interview method.Section 4 systematically analyzes the existing problems and reasons from four aspects through questionnaire survey: society,school,family and the students themselves.In section 5,the thesis discusses the way to realize the education of College Students’ view of choosing a job.This thesis puts forward a new mode of career choice education,which takes colleges and universities as the main body of education and constructs a complete education and teaching system of career choice.At the same time,it should actively guide college students to carry out self-education of career choice and optimize the social and family environment of career choice education.
