In 2022,General Secretary Xi clearly stated in the 20 th meeting of the party:It is necessary to strengthen the sports work of young people and accelerate the construction of a sports power.For volleyball,it is the three major ball movements in my country.It has repeatedly won the championship in the international and world league.At present,due to the teaching mode and the project itself,it has affected the promotion of volleyball.From the perspective of school physical education,due to the volleyball material,dull and volleyball teaching training items,single form,and influence of traditional volleyball teaching training concepts,students lose their interest in volleyball training,and eventually have a serious impact on the quality of volleyball classroom teaching quality Essence Therefore,it is imminent to explore a teaching mode that effectively improves the quality of physical education and effectively improves students’ interest in volleyball learning.BOPPPS teaching mode,as a new teaching mode,is gradually attracted by experts and scholars.BOPPPS teaching mode is divided into goals,introduction,pre-testing,participating learning,post-testing,summary.This article uses high school volleyball option students as a research object,and conducts high school volleyball teaching experiments in BOPPPS teaching mode.First,the high school volleyball teaching design under the use of literature analysis,expert interview method,and questionnaire survey method and other methods.Subsequently,according to the experimental law and mathematical statistics method,the experimental group and control group that met the requirements of the experiment was selected.Finally,the experimental group and the control group students were compared and analyzed,and the differences between the BOPPPPS teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode in volleyball teaching,exploring the actual effects of BOPPPS teaching mode in high school volleyball teaching,and verifying the application of BOPPPS teaching mode in high school volleyball teaching in high school volleyball teaching Feasibility.In the end,it can be concluded through experimental analysis:(1)Volleyball teaching based on the BOPPPS teaching mode has better performance than traditional teaching modes in terms of vital capacity,50 m,standing long jump,and endurance running.(2)Volleyball teaching based on BOPPPS teaching mode has more advantages than traditional teaching mode in improving senior high school students’ volleyball specific skills,and the movements are more standardized.(3)Compared with traditional teaching,volleyball teaching based on BOPPPS teaching mode can enhance students learning attitude,interest,and motivation towards volleyball.(4)The advantages of volleyball teaching based on BOPPPS teaching mode over traditional teaching mode are not only reflected in teaching methods.More importantly,the BOPPPS teaching model can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students,thereby creating more time for classroom teaching.Enable students to have more opportunities and practice time for autonomous learning.(5)For teachers,the BOPPPS teaching model can help teachers accurately control students’ learning situation.
