The development of adolescents is related to the future of the country,and the obvious decline in physical fitness data in recent years is worrying.Junior high school is a critical period for adolescent physical development,and physical training can guide students to learn sports skills,cultivate interest and strengthen their physique.Nowadays,most of the physical education in junior high schools is examination-oriented education,which deviates from the original intention of improving physical fitness and seriously affects the development of physical education in junior high schools.Through the research on the teaching objectives,content,process,methods and environment of six junior high schools in Taiyuan,this paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the current situation of physical education in junior high schools in Taiyuan by using the literature and puts forward further solutions to achieve the purpose of promoting the benign development of physical education in junior high schools.The results of the study:Through the data analysis of junior high school students and physical education teachers,it can be found that the upper grade students have obvious differences in physical exercise,physical education middle school examination cognition,physical education class purpose and physical education learning attitude compared with the younger students.There are also obvious differences in the teaching objectives,content,process,methods and evaluation of students of different grades in the teaching process of physical education teachers.Older students and substitute teachers are more visible in all aspects of physical education than in lower grades.Research conclusions:1.With the increase of grades and the approach of the physical education middle school entrance examination,students’ attitude towards physical education,the cognition of physical education assessment methods,the purpose of participating in physical education classes,the content of participating in physical exercise,and the attitude of physical education learning have changed greatly,and the senior students have increased their attention to sports and can participate more actively in the learning of physical education in the middle school entrance examination.2.Substitute teachers of different grades in Taiyuan City also have different views on all aspects of physical education classes,teachers’ cognition of the importance of physical education classes,the content of lesson preparation and the implementation of physical education and health course teaching have changed greatly,and substitute teachers in senior grades are more serious and responsible for the development of physical education classes,but the fly in the ointment is that the closer to the physical education middle school examination,the more and more rigid and dogmatic the content of the class.3.In the process of carrying out physical education,physical education teachers in Taiyuan City adopt a variety of teaching methods,treating younger students more with fun experience,and the closer to the physical education middle school examination,the more test-oriented teaching is adopted,which goes against the original intention of improving physical fitness;In terms of teaching environment,the supply of sports equipment in junior high schools can still meet the use of most teachers and students;In terms of teaching evaluation,the transformation from single-dimensional sports performance attainment to multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation has been completed.4.In terms of teaching goals,physical education teachers in Taiyuan City believe that it should be the biggest focus;In terms of teaching content,although the content of teaching materials can be fully considered in the seventh and eighth grades,once the content of repeated examinations in the ninth grade occupies an overwhelming advantage,completely separated from physical education textbooks,which is very detrimental to the development of students’ subjectivity and comprehensiveness.5.Physical education in junior high school in Taiyuan City lacks attention to negative impact factors,and the main impact factors are "management factor","atmosphere factor","student factor","teaching factor","teacher factor","social factor" and "condition factor",therefore,improving the impact factor that is not conducive to physical education teaching is conducive to promoting the improvement of physical education quality.
