The ministry of education for many years after the younster health situation were investigated,the result is not satisfactory,the physical health of teenagers in our country,although some index rebounded in recent years,but some important indexes such as obesity,cardiopulmonary function and exercise capacity,vision still is on the decline,such as juvenile physical health problem is also influenced by the society and the government's high attention,the younster health problems gradually exposed,became the focus of social problems.Physical health education is an important way to improve students' health,which is of far-reaching significance to the overall development of students and the improvement of the health quality of the whole people.Comrade deng xiaoping once said,"education should be started from a child." likewise,physical education should be cultivated from an early age.Physical education in primary schools is the basis of promoting the physical health of teenagers,bearing the responsibility of physical education in primary schools and cultivating the spirit of sportsmanship.This paper takes 75 physical education teachers in 12 public primary schools in taiyuan city as the research object,using literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method,field investigation method and so on.Based on the basic conditions of age,sex,professional title,education and specialty,this paper investigates the workload and salary and welfare of PE teachers in primary schools,scientific research status,the development of physical education courses for preparing lessons and special weather,after-school training,professional pressure of PE teachers,attitude towards teachers and so on,and analyzes the problems existing in the ranks of PE teachers in public primary schools in Taiyuan.Put forward corresponding suggestions for the construction of PEteachers in primary schools in Taiyuan.The following conclusions are drawn through the investigation:(1)the gender ratio of physical education teachers in public primary schools in urban areas of taiyuan is reasonable,with high academic qualifications and strong professionalism,showing a younger trend,but the professional title structure of teachers is unreasonable,and there is no senior title.(2)the salary and welfare of physical education teachers in public primary schools in urban areas of taiyuan are low,and the establishment problem needs to be solved.(3)the physical education teachers of public primary schools in urban areas of taiyuan have weak awareness of further training and scientific research.(4)the physical education teachers of public primary schools in urban areas of taiyuan city undertake heavy teaching tasks and lack passion for teaching.(5)public primary school physical education teachers in urban areas of taiyuan have high occupational pressure and low social status.According to the investigation and research,the following Suggestions are proposed according to the current situation of PE teachers in public primary schools in urban areas of taiyuan:(1)to improve the ideological understanding of primary school physical education teachers,to find out the teacher's career positioning.(2)to improve the welfare benefits of primary school teachers,expand the introduction channels of primary school teachers,and implement the establishment of primary school physical education teachers.(3)primary school teachers should attach importance to their own ability and actively participate in training and scientific research.(4)reasonably arrange the workload of primary school physical education teachers and improve their working conditions.(5)to strengthen social attention to primary school physical education teachers,efforts to improve the social status of primary school physical education teachers. |
