Research On Improving The Employability Of Village Subsistence Allowance Families

The improvement of the living standards of the rural low-income households has always been the focus of social concern.In order to ensure the stable and sustainable development of the low-income households,the party and the state to the low-income households involve all levels.Among them,employment assistance is the key to ensure that the people out of poverty do not return to poverty.Due to the lack of personal and social conditions of the subsistence allowances,the rural subsistence allowances are often difficult in the process of employment.How can social work,which emphasizes humanism and the concept of helping people to help themselves,play a role in helping the low-income households to improve their living capacity and truly help rural revitalization?On the basis of summarizing the research on the minimum guarantee object at home and abroad,this paper takes the subsistence allowance families in Y village,D Town,Z County,as the service object and the research object.Through interview and case method of work of D town Y village low-income residents families in the livelihood development problems investigation and analysis,found that low-income families because the economic foundation is weak,insufficient social support,plus disease,disability families in livelihood there are many difficulties and challenges.Based on the background of local employment assistance for the subsistence allowance groups,the author selected a representative family among the interviewees,and carried out case case services for the family problems,employment problems and social skills,help the family conflicts,promote family communication;help the sponsors to link employment resources,achieve economic stability;encourage the sponsors to participate in volunteer service activities,and promote interpersonal skills.And the whole social work intervention was summarized and reflected.It is believed that social work case services can effectively help low-income families to improve their living capacity,but in this process,we should adhere to the principle of individuality,give play to the role of the government and the community,and create an ecosystem suitable for the development of low-income families.
