The low-income families belong to the socially disadvantaged groups.Since the establishment of China's social assistance system,people have paid more and more attention to this group.The state and the government strongly support the vulnerable groups.However,many problems have led to the implementation of the system in addition to the needs of life,and other aspects have not yet been implemented.Moreover,scholars' research on the subsistence allowances is mostly in terms of policy and implementation.The involvement of the subsistence allowance families and the initiative of the subsistence allowances have not been taken seriously.This paper uses the questionnaire method,interview method and observation method to study the low-income families in X village of Tekes County,and analyzes the family situation of the rural minimum barrier system and the analysis of the causes of poverty.20 households in X village Select a representative family and describe the basic situation of the family and analyze its existing problems.On the basis of the problems faced by the family,intervene in the case work,summarize the results and deficiencies,and reflect on it.Finally,propose.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,social support theory and family system theory,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of 20 low-income families in X Village,Tex County.Through questionnaires and interviews,the status quo of the X-villa low-income families and the causes of poverty-strickenness are described.Common causes of poverty include lack of money,no land,sickness,expensive tuition,and can't solve basic life.Problems such as lack of sex and analysis of the root causes of the above problems.At the same time,the author selected a representative family from 20 low-income families to intervene.Finally,the author reflects on the basis of intervention results and proposes countermeasures.
