Case Intervention Study On The Prevention Of Rural Low-income Families Returning To Poverty Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

With the overall victory of poverty alleviation in China,consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation has become the primary task of rural revitalization strategy.However,at present,some rural low-income groups have been lifted out of poverty,with a single source of income,and it is easy for sudden illness,natural disasters,unexpected accidents and other factors to lead to a sharp drop in family income and a sharp increase in expenditure,thus leading to poverty or returning to poverty.The social work concept fits well with the work of preventing low-income families from returning to poverty,which can prevent the low-income groups from returning to poverty.Social work can enhance the confidence of individuals in overcoming difficulties by providing services such as psychological ability building and self-improvement for low-income groups.Taking the low-income families in Village A,P,T County as the research object,through questionnaire survey,participatory observation,in-depth interviews,inquiries,home visits and other ways,the data of low-income families were collected,and the risk factors of returning to poverty and personalized assistance needs of the families were analyzed by drawing social ecosystem maps and social network grids.Establish the intervention goal of case work,formulate the intervention plan of case work,and carry out intervention practice.In view of the heavy burden of care for the elderly and children in a family,the caring nursing home is linked;Aiming at the single problem of family labor production skills,a public welfare post and poverty alleviation happiness workshop are linked;In view of the problem of confidence in getting rich and lack of endogenous motivation,we will arrange to watch the national summary and commendation conference on getting rid of poverty,and look for families who have similar living conditions and are now well-off,so as to enhance their confidence in getting rich.After eight intervention activities in four stages,it mainly solved the problems of A family’s heavy living burden,low family income,single production and labor skills,insufficient endogenous motivation,etc.,and strengthened its ability to prevent poverty.
