From the perspective of education modernization,the leadership of rural principals in localized education curriculum has attracted increasing attention from experts and scholars.Rural principals’ localized education curriculum leadership refers to the common vision and goal of rural school and student development,rural principals mobilize the ability of stakeholders,and creatively use the educational resources and environment of rural schools and soil to jointly promote the development of rural schools and students.Therefore,based on the theory of localized education,this study adopts qualitative and quantitative methods to elaborate the existing problems of rural principals’ localization education curriculum leadership from the perspective of education modernization,and puts forward practical suggestions for improvement to improve the leadership of rural principals in localized education curriculum.This study consists of four parts,namely,the theoretical research on the leadership of rural principals in localized education curriculum from the perspective of education modernization,the research on the influencing factors of rural principals’ localization education curriculum leadership from the perspective of education modernization,the development status and typical case study of rural principals’ localization education curriculum leadership from the perspective of education modernization,and the research on the improvement strategy of rural principals’ localization education curriculum leadership from the perspective of education modernization.The first part is the theoretical research on the leadership of rural principals in localized education courses: it mainly defines the core concepts of rural principals’ leadership in localized education courses,expounds the relevant theories of rural principals’ leadership in localized education courses,and mainly seeks the theoretical basis for the influencing factors of rural principals’ localized education curriculum leadership by searching and reading relevant literatures and books as the learning path,and then lays a foundation for the construction of the theoretical framework of rural principals’ localized education curriculum leadership.The second part is the research on influencing factors,based on the theory of theory,the important indicators affecting the leadership of rural principals in localized education are refined and classified,the index framework of rural principals’ leadership in localized education curriculum is scientifically constructed,and the questionnaire data is analyzed by SPSS26.0 and AMOS software,and the dimension of leadership of rural principals in localized education curriculum is further refined,and specific influencing factors are studied in their respective dimensions.The third part is the development status and typical case studies,mainly to explore the development status,cause analysis,mobilization of educational elements and logical structure of localized education leadership of different types of rural principals,summarize the successful experience and operation mechanism of different cases,and form their own interpretation models.The fourth part is the research on improvement strategies,based on the previous theoretical and practical research,targeted suggestions for improvement are put forward to help rural principals improve the leadership of localized education courses.
