With the advent of the digital economy,major changes have taken place in the fields of economy,industry and even education.Digital factory and digital industry are affecting people’s production and life style all the time.Under the background of "Made in China 2035",what changes will the rapid development of digital economy bring to vocational colleges? Under the background of digital economy leading the world trend,what abilities and qualities should vocational college students have?What digital skills do teachers in vocational colleges need to master? How to cultivate talents with complex skills that can adapt to the digital economy? These problems have become important problems that perplex the author.In terms of research methods,this study used qualitative text analysis to search for and search for digital text materials.Finally,78 application forms for professional upgrading and digital transformation demonstration majors in vocational colleges in L Province were selected as primary materials for the study.Among these 78 demonstration majors for professional upgrading and digital transformation in vocational colleges,35 have been approved and 43 have not been approved.Using qualitative theme analysis and NVivo12 software to encode 78 application materials,a total of 6 qualitative text analysis themes were identified for the selection of 78 application documents.They are professional ability research and analysis,curriculum construction,teaching reform,personnel quality improvement,software and hardware transformation,and institutional mechanism guarantee.Based on the previously identified six themes,it was found that there are problems,including some schools neglecting professional ability analysis,inadequate curriculum system,unsatisfactory teaching implementation,and low level of teaching staff.Furthermore,the analysis of the causes of the existing problems in professional upgrading and digital transformation in vocational colleges includes insufficient understanding of professional upgrading and digital transformation,insufficient investment in funds,imperfect guarantee mechanisms,and unsatisfactory implementation effects by schools and enterprises.Several rationalization suggestions are proposed to address the above issues and causes,such as the need for various stakeholders to increase their attention to professional upgrading and digital transformation,optimize and improve various mechanisms and systems,focus on the implementation of teaching reform,further deepen school enterprise cooperation,and improve the level of teaching staff... |
