Labor is the foundation of a person’s foundation."Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,which directly determines the outlook of labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors." Specialized labor curriculum is not the only form of labor education,it has become an important way for schools to carry out labor education through organic infiltration of labor education in disciplines and specialties.Chinese discipline as a basic discipline integrating tool and humanity has unique advantages and boundless responsibility for penetrating labor education.In this paper,on the basis of mining the labor education resources in the Chinese textbooks of junior middle schools compiled by the ministry of education,a questionnaire survey is carried out to understand the current situation of the infiltration of labor education in the Chinese teaching of junior middle schools,and optimization strategies are proposed in view of the problems presented.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter discusses the basic concept and significance of labor education and Chinese teaching in junior middle school.Infiltration of labor education in teaching is a general trend of current education reform and a new requirement of the new curriculum standard.The subject of Chinese itself has the characteristics of tool and humanity,which conforms to the goal of labor education penetration.The content of the current junior high school Chinese textbooks can also meet the needs of labor education penetration.The logical orientation of labor education requires that it must be carried out in the integration with other kinds of education,and it is feasible to infiltrate labor education in junior middle school Chinese teaching.Infiltration of labor education in junior middle school Chinese teaching plays an important role and significance in practicing education mission,creating a social atmosphere,promoting curriculum integration,carrying out the concept of new curriculum standard,broadening the practice path of labor education,improving the effect of labor education,promoting the development of students and supporting the vocational concept.The second chapter,the unified edition of junior high school Chinese teaching materials in each teaching plate of labor education resources and analysis.The labor education resources in the Chinese textbooks of junior middle school have the characteristics of richness,concealment and literalization.These labor education resources embody the value connotation of marveling and praising the labor achievements,respecting and caring for the working people,inheriting and carrying forward the labor spirit.Chapter three,analysis of the current situation of labor education penetration in junior middle school Chinese teaching.At present,there are three major problems in permeating labor education in junior middle school Chinese teaching: insufficient labor education resources mining,ignoring students’ learning situation in teaching methods and methods,and not forming linkage effect of multiple sections in teaching.The main reasons for these problems are: the lack of teachers’ concept and understanding,the difficulty of teaching penetration and the lack of guidance,the tasks of Chinese teaching and the limited class hours,the compilation of textbooks has not formed the labor theme unit and the penetration effect of labor education is difficult to detect.Chapter four,the principle and strategy of permeating labor education in Chinese teaching of junior high school.In the Chinese teaching of junior middle school,we should adhere to the principles of unification of literature and Taoism,timely and moderate edification and achieving the linkage of plates.The infiltration of labor education in junior middle school Chinese teaching should first improve the infiltration quality of teaching organizers comprehensively and improve the infiltration ability of Chinese teachers through various ways such as teaching and researching activity.Secondly,close to the main position of reading teaching,through focusing on key statements,contact with expanded resources,reorganizing textbook content and other ways to innovate penetration methods;Thirdly,with writing penetration as a strong aid,students are encouraged to express their feelings of labor education through after-class writing practice and prompt writing.Finally,adhere to the position of fully integrating into each section of teaching,through innovative homework design,planning practical activities,encourage oral communication to penetrate the form of rich and colorful.
