Ladder training has attracted much attention because of its significant effect on improving the agility of athletes,but there has not been much experimental research on the effectiveness of agility of junior high school students.Therefore,this experiment in LiXian county,GanSu province one junior high school students as subjects,with ladder training as training method and contrast the traditional sensitive quality training,the training of the 12-week experiment,and through the change of the sensitive quality evaluation index,key analysis to study the effect of sensitive quality ladder training for junior middle school students,and training for the ladder in the junior middle school students the use of sensitive quality foundation,the main research work as follows:1.Through the method of literature review,expert interview and questionnaire survey,this paper determined the feasibility of ladder training to effectively improve the sensitivity quality of junior high school students,and selected five test indicators to evaluate the sensitivity quality,specifically,hexagonal jump,20 s straddle step,5-meter three-way running,15 s burpees and 4×10m shuttle running.2.In combination with experimental method and mathematical statistics method,after 12 weeks of control training experiment,the experimental class adopted the ladder training method,and the traditional class adopted the traditional sensitivity training method.Data collection was conducted on the five sensitivity quality evaluation indexes of the two classes of male and female groups before,during and after the experiment.3.In the middle period of the experiment(6 weeks),the ladder training and the traditional agility training promoted the agility quality of the two classes of male and female students,but the ladder training was better than the traditional training,and there was no significant difference in the development degree of agility between the two classes.4.After the experiment in the experimental class,there were significant differences in the performance of the five indexes compared with the results before the experiment,indicating that the ladder training has a positive and significant effect on improving the sensitivity of junior middle school students.5.After the traditional class experiment,there were also significant differences in the performance of the three indexes of the 15 s burpees,the 5-meter three-way running and the 4×10m shuttle running.However,there were significant differences in the performance of the hexagonal jump and 20 s straddle step,indicating that the traditional training also promoted the agility quality of junior high school students.6.After comparing the experimental class with the traditional class,the results of the experimental class in the three test indexes of hexagonal jump,20 s repeated straddle step and 4×10m shuttle running were more significantly improved than those of the traditional class,but there was no significant difference in the results of 15 s burpees and 5-meter three-way running.It shows that the ladder training is more effective than the traditional training to improve the agility of junior high school students.
