| The characteristics and winning rules of table tennis require athletes to have good mobility,the movement ability of athletes is mainly affected by the explosive power of the lower limbs;at the same time,the table tennis game lasts for a long time,and the movement ability of athletes is also restricted by the muscular endurance of the lower limbs.In order to further improve and improve the mobility of table tennis players,this study introduced lower limb exp losive force and muscle endurance combination Training into daily training,through experiments to demonstrate the impact of this training on the improvement of table tennis players’ mobility,to provide reference for future table tennis players’ mobility training,improve their mobility through scientific training methods.The research adopts the method of literature materials,expert interviews,Delphi method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,based on literature review and expert interviews,through the Delphi method screening and determination of lower limb exp losive force and muscle endurance combination training methods,table tennis players’ mobility test indicators,design a reasonable set of lower limb exp losive force and muscle endurance combination training program,taking 14 athletes from the 2019-level table tennis special team of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education as the experimental objects,divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group performed lower limb exp losive force and muscle endurance combination training,the control group performed traditional training,there are 12 weeks of training,3 times a week,20 minutes each time,before the special technical training class,before and after the experiment,examined and compared according to the selected mobility test indicators.To explore the effect of lower limb exp losive force and muscle endurance combination training on the improvement of mobility of table tennis players,it provides a scientific idea and plan for the future table tennis players’ mobility training.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the improvement of the movement ability index of table tennis players in the experimental group and the control group is very different.There were significant differences or above in the indicators of the athletes in the experimental group,such as stepping on the point,crossing the feet left and right,running around the pole,and the swing speed of the whole platform at a fixed point,but there was no significant difference in the athletes in the control group.2.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,lower limb exp losive force and muscle endurance combination training and traditional training have positive effects on the improvement of table tennis players’ mobility,but lower limb explosive power and muscular endurance training have no effect on the development of table tennis players’ mobility.The effect is significantly better than traditional training.3.Targeted lower limb exp losive force and muscle endurance combination training has a positive effect on the improvement of table tennis players’ mobility,and can develop athletes’ reaction speed,lower limb movement speed,ability to quickly traverse into place,and ability to control the body’s trajectory during rapid movement,techniques and the comprehensive use of various footwork. |
