With the development of the society and the deepening of the reform of quality education,people pay more and more attention to music education.The early childhood stage is the enlightenment and foundation period of music education.Choosing and applying appropriate teaching methods can help to improve the interest and efficiency of children's music learning,develop corresponding abilities and improve the teaching effect of teachers' education.Body rhythm teaching method was founded by Swiss music educator Dalcroze in the early 20 th century.It emphasizes that "experience precedes cognition".It is characterized by experiencing the internal rhythm of music by using various senses such as vision and kinesthetic,and expressing personal feelings and musical elements through body movements on the basis of listening to music.This teaching method opened up a new way to experience and express music,and as one of the world's three major music teaching methods,it influenced the formation of later Orff and Kodaly teaching methods.This paper aims to fully understand and draw lessons from Dalcroze's body rhythm teaching method,combining with the practice of kindergarten music teaching in our country,to explore the application of Dalcroze's body rhythm teaching method in kindergarten music teaching.Through investigation and understanding of the current situation,problems and analysis of the reasons,corresponding strategies are proposed according to the problems,so as to provide practical reference for teachers and other personnel.The thesis mainly includes three chapters: introduction and text.The introduction part is composed of the reason of the research topic,literature review,research purpose and content,research significance,research methods and research innovation points.Among them,the research methods are mainly literature,observation,interview and case analysis.The innovation of the research is to apply Dalcroze's body rhythm teaching method to music teaching in kindergarten stage,to discuss the unique value and significance of this teaching method in kindergarten music teaching,and to explore practical strategies and methods,providing a new way of thinking for improving the quality and efficiency of children's music education.Chapter One: Summary of Kindergarten Music Teaching and Body Rhythm Teaching Method.Firstly,it defines the concepts of kindergarten music teaching and Dalcroze posture rhythm teaching.Then,according to Dalcroze Thought and the content of body rhythm teaching method,the unique value of applying body rhythm to kindergarten music teaching is demonstrated from four aspects.The second chapter: the problems and reasons of body rhythm teaching method applied in kindergarten music teaching.Through the investigation of the present situation,it is concluded that the following problems exist in the application of body rhythm teaching method in kindergarten music teaching: first,teachers lack the cognition of body rhythm teaching method;Secondly,teachers' practice of applying body movements lacks scientific systematicness.Third,kindergartens lack support for the application of body rhythm teaching method.The main causes of these problems include: firstly,the popularity of body movements is not high,and teachers' autonomous research ability needs to be strengthened;Secondly,teachers' music literacy and practical ability of applying body rhythm teaching method are not high.Finally,kindergartens do not pay enough attention and social support is small.The third chapter: posture rhythm teaching method applied in kindergarten music teaching strategy.According to the practice of applying body rhythm teaching method to kindergarten music teaching,and combined with relevant cases,researchers put forward some corresponding strategies in order to provide reference for teachers and relevant departments.First,teachers should strengthen the cognition of body rhythm teaching method and improve music literacy.Secondly,teachers should scientifically and systematically use body rhythm teaching method to improve the corresponding practical ability.Third,kindergartens should pay more attention to the body rhythm teaching method and create a good supporting environment.
