Scientifically exploring the relationship between youth physical exercise and learning adaptation, and giving full play to the function of physical education are of great significance to the effective implementation of the "integration of sports and education" in our country and the coordinated development of youth cultural learning and physical exercise.Adolescence is a sensitive period of physical and psychological development, and good learning adaptability is an important guarantee for improving learning efficiency and achieving ideal learning effects. Many domestic and international studies have shown that physical exercise can effectively improve the level of learning adaptation, and good self-control ability also has a positive effect on regulating learning activities and enhancing learning adaptability. At the same time, relevant research on exercise psychology shows that physical exercise can effectively improve selfcontrol ability, which is supported by the theory of self-control resources. At present,Most academics currently focus on the two-two relationship between physical activity,self-control,and learning adaptation, while the interplay between the three is rarely studied.Based on this, this study aims to scientifically investigate the relationship between physical activity, selfcontrol, and learning adaptation in adolescent groups, and to confirm the research hypothesis that self-control plays a mediating role in physical activity affecting learning adaptation in adolescent groups, and to provide theoretical and empirical evidence for the development and selection of physical activity intervention programs to improve learning adaptation from the perspective of enhancing self-control.This study uses " Physical Activity Rating Scale"," Dual-Mode of Self-Control Scale for Adolescent" and "Adolescent Learning Adaptation Scale" as measurement tools, and 466 adolescents were selected by random sampling method for questionnaire survey.Based on the collected data, firstly,a descriptive analysis was carried out on the status quo of adolescents’ physical exercise, learning adaptation and self-control,and the difference between the three was analyzed by means of independent sample T test and one-way ANOVA.Secondly, use SPSS24.0 software to analyze the correlation among the three, and test the internal correlation among the three. Finally, use the Structural Equation Modeling to fit and test the self-control mediation model of physical exercise affecting adolescents’ learning adaptation, and ultimately drawing the conclusion of this study. This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The physical exercise,self-control and learning adaptation level of adolescents is moderate;(2)Based on the individual microscopic perspective,we investigated the demographic differences in physical activity,self-control and learning adaptation among adolescents, and concluded that there are differences in physical activity levels among adolescents by gender and family location;differences in self-control among adolescents by different stages;and differences in learning adaptation among adolescents by different stages and family location.(3)Correlation analysis of the obtained data revealed that there were correlations among adolescents’ physical activity,self-control and learning adaptation, and physical activity had highly significant and significant positive effects on adolescents’ self-control and learning adaptation, respectively, and self-control had highly significant positive effects on adolescents’ learning adaptation.(5)After constructing a structural equation model and verifying it,it is found that physical exercise can not only directly improve the learning adaptability of adolescents, but also indirectly improve the learning adaptability through self-control,that is,self-control plays a partial mediating role in the influence of physical exercise on adolescent learning adaptability.
