Research Objective:The adjustment of adolescents in school is used as an important index to judge their development and mental health.Therefore,it is very important to find ways to promote junior middle school students’ school adaptation,so as to further promote the overall development of young people.A large number of studies show that physical exercise,as one of the main forms of school physical education,not only promotes the healthy development of students,but also plays an important role in cultivating the core quality of students’ physical education and health,and can help students adapt to the school environment,therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to probe into the internal influence mechanism of physical exercise on school adaptation.On the basis of previous studies,this study explored the relationship between physical exercise and school adaptation of junior middle school students,and tried to introduce two variables: psychological resilience and sports learning motivation,to explore whether it plays a chain-mediated role between physical exercise and school adaptation,in order to enrich the relevant research on physical exercise and school adaptation at home and abroad.Research Method:This study adopts Liang Deqing’s revised physical training scale.Hu Yueqin and Gan Yiqun’s adolescent mental toughness scale.Developed by Guay and other foreign scholars,the motion situation motivation scale revised by Chinese scholar Su Yu.Cui Na’s school adjustment questionnaire for middle school students.Through the discussion of junior middle school students’ physical exercise,psychological resilience,sports learning motivation and school adaptation,I hopes to provide a solid knowledge base and theoretical basis for the improvement of junior middle school students’ main school adaptation.Research Conclusion:1.The junior middle school students’ physical exercise is in the middle level,and the total score of physical exercise is significantly different in gender,grade and the place of origin of students;2.The junior middle school students’ psychological resilience is in the middle level above,and the total score of psychological resilience in grade difference is significant;3.The junior middle school students’ sports learning motivation is in the middle to upper level,and the total score of sports learning motivation is significantly different in grade and students’ origin;4.The junior middle school students’ school adaptation level is above the middle level,and the total score of school adaptation is significantly different in the source of students;5.There were significant positive correlation between physical exercise,psychological resilience,sports learning motivation and school adaptation;6.Middle School Students’ psychological resilience and sports learning motivation play a chain-mediated role between physical exercise and school adaptation.Junior middle school students’ physical exercise can directly predict school adaptation,and it can also affect school adaptation through the mediation of psychological resilience and sports learning motivation alone,it can also influence the school adaptation through the chain mediation of psychological resilience and sports learning motivation. |
