Research On The Demand And Supply Of Scientific Fitness Services For Community Residents

In the national fitness and health under the background of China strategic development,Chinese residents sports fitness consciousness in constantly awakened,the development of scientific fitness service has entered a new era,but in the face of community residents growing high quality sports demand,scientific fitness service supply side is inadequate,the contradiction between demand and supply.This study supports the theory of supply and demand equilibrium,Pareto improvement theory and new public service theory,and takes the community residents of Hongshan District of Wuhan city as the survey object,and deeply studies the science of community residents through literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field investigation method and other methods The demand of fitness service and the supply of scientific fitness service are analyzed by the correlation,and the conclusions are as follows:1.The scientific fitness services for community residents mainly include site and facilities services,sports guidance services,organization and management services,sports activities(events)services,information consultation services,physical fitness monitoring services,and sports rehabilitation services.Community residents in Hongshan District of Wuhan city have different demand degrees for scientific fitness services,and their overall satisfaction with service supply is not high.2.The goal of scientific fitness service supply in Hongshan District of Wuhan is to build a strong sports city,fair sports rights and interests,and guarantee the balance between supply and demand.The supply subject include the national public sector,market subjects,social organizations and other subjects,and the supply mode is divided into government supply,market supply and voluntary supply.3.Through the Wuhan hongshan district community residents scientific fitness service demand and supply research found that from the macro community residents although the content of service has different demand,but the overall gap between supply and demand is not big,from the micro is each service segmentation,found that there is a large gap between supply and demand,and obvious difference between service,reflects the community residents diversification,personalized,complex sports needs.4.After studying the demand and supply of scientific fitness services for community residents in Hongshan District,it is found that there are many commendable in the supply process,but there are many problems,such as quantity,quality,distance and cost,fewer sports instructors,less professional guidance and rich content;sports activities(events)services are more competitive;the organization and management services are oversupply and lack of matching Attracting of community residents;insufficient information consultation services and low delivery frequency;low acceptance rate of physical monitoring services and limited coverage;low acceptance rate of sports rehabilitation services,and the treatment effect is not satisfactory.5.Of Wuhan hongshan district community residents scientific fitness service demand and supply research found that supply and demand service supply responsibility fuzzy,demand expression mechanism construction,related policy execution is not sustainable,service supply and demand evaluation system,low service supply and demand growth,put forward the establishment of supply and demand coordination mechanism,identify community residents demand,improve the policy system,optimization of scientific fitness service supply system environment,strengthen the market and social forces,expand the scope of effective supply,establish and improve the service evaluation system and residents satisfaction evaluation system,increase capital investment,scientific configuration supply content And so on advice.
