Research On The Demand And Supply Of Beijing Community Women’s Scientific Fitness Service

In this study,psychology,sociology,management science,sports science and other disciplines theory,focusing on "human needs" and "service supply" two plates,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,interview method,qualitative research method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,analysis of community women the demand hierarchy,motivation and constraints,and the supply of the main body,the community of Beijing city women’s scientific fitness service supply,supply mode theory of deconstruction,the reflection on the pattern of supply and demand in reality series,the ultimate goal is to make "service supply strategy to optimize the development of community women oriented" in the new public service under the guidance of the theory,realize the effective supply of Beijing city community fitness services to women in science.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The author from different age,occupation,marital status,income,education aspects of the community women’s scientific fitness service,demand hierarchy,motivations and constraints for empirical analysis.The dynamic changes of demand hierarchy,diversification demand motivation and demand of content,the decision to build a community of women meet the diversified,personalized,meaning supply system of professional needs of scientific fitness service.(2)The main supply of scientific fitness service for the government,the market and the private sector,social organizations.The government as the core,the burden is too heavy,there is a lack of service is too busy to attend to all,the main body of the market;,motivation or private sector support is not enough,there is insufficient,perfunctory,low-quality phenomenon;social organization is weak,identity low,universities and other institutions directly involved in small,lead to the issue of sharing.The supply includes physical monitoring services,fitness guidance services,information consulting services,to medical rehabilitation services by means of physical education,is ignored,the future demand will show the public scientific fitness service are non physical demand is higher than the real demand,the trend of rehabilitation needs to identify and supply.Supply mode is the mode of government,market and voluntary mode,government procurement of services is one of the effective ways to solve the problem,However,the scope and conditions of its application,to identify the use of voluntary mode should be strengthened.(3)Scientific fitness service pattern of supply and demand imbalance phenomenon.This paper proposes to service rather than at the helm and the public interest as the overall goal;to government support and guide the security,real-time to demand supply balance,actively seeking fairness and efficiency as the basic principle;to demand supply to design content.Supply and demand establish humanized coordination mechanism,multi level recognition of women in the community needs,establish multi driving cooperation mechanism,the formation of service supply system more perfect,the establishment of "technical support of modern information technology and the Internet",set up evaluation system based on community women satisfaction measures;take the concept of remodeling,environment support,overall management specific measures,integration services;to realize maximize meet the needs of women community fitness service science,make the groups to be effective,high-quality service.
