As a fast-strength track and field event dominated by physical fitness,the explosive force level of athletes ’ lower limbs is the key to determining athletic performance.Effective explosive force training methods can help athletes achieve excellent results in competitions.The post-activation enhancement effect is a physiological phenomenon.After the subjects are induced by a short-term maximum-intensity resistance exercise,they can produce a sharp excitement in the neuromuscular system and increase the muscle explosive force in a short time.Therefore,this paper studies the influence of PAP on the explosive force of the lower limbs of long jumpers through the intervention stimulation of neck back squats with different load intensities,and provides a more economical and effective way for long jumpers to warm up and train before competition through the acute enhancement effect and short-term enhancement effect of post-activation enhancement effect.In this study,literature,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,experimental methods and other research methods were used to intervene in 10 male long jump athletes of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education with 60%1RM,70%1RM,and 80%1RM three different load intensity neck squats.The 30-meter run,standing long jump,CMJ squat jump and CMJ power value test were performed at the four time nodes of 3 minutes,6 minutes,9 minutes and 12 minutes after the intervention stimulation,and the changes of each test index at the four time nodes of different load intensity were analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn :(1)There was no significant change in the 30-meter performance of the long jumper after the PAP induction of the 60 % 1RM neck back squat,but at 3 ~ 6 minutes,the standing long jump,CMJ squat jump and peak power were significantly improved,and the best results appeared in the sixth minute.(2)The post-activation enhancement effect of 70% 1RM neck back squat exercise appeared in the 6th to 9th minutes,and the best results appeared in the 9th minute;the post-activation enhancement effect of 80 % 1RM neck back squat exercise appeared in the 6 ~12 minutes;the best results appeared in the 12 th minute.(3)By comparing the test results of lower limb explosive force of three load intensities at each time node,it is found that the PAP induction of 80 % 1RM neck back squat has the best effect on the improvement of lower limb explosive force of long jumpers and lasts longer. |
