| The postactivation potentiation,as an immediate effect,refers to the phenomenon that the body contracts muscles after being stimulated by a certain load,which causes the body's explosive power to increase rapidly.Lower extremity explosive power is one of the important factors determining the sprinter's athletic performance.Rich lower extremity explosive power training methods can promote athletes to enter the training and competition state faster,and improve the competition competitiveness of sprinters.Therefore,this article aims to explore the effects of squat exercises with different loads on muscles with a certain intensity of stimulation,and their effects on the sprinter's lower limb explosive force at different recovery time points.The impact of explosive power provides new thinking for sprinters in the training for the purpose of improving the explosive power of the lower limbs.This paper adopts literature data method,logic analysis method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to conduct cross-experiment on 10 male sprinters in track and field speciality of Wuhan University of Physical Education.During the experiment,subjects were induced with postactivation potentiation.The induction method was: 3 groups of 75% 1RM,80% 1RM,85% 1RM weight-bearing squat exercises,with a 2 minute interval between the groups,3 after the induction.The five recovery time points of minutes,6 minutes,9 minutes,12 minutes,and 15 minutes were used for 30-meter running,standing long jump,standing triple jump,and CMJ test to obtain relevant test index data.Finally concluded:(1)The enhancement effect induced by 75% 1RM weight-bearing squat exercises has a significant effect on the athletic performance of the subjects at 3,6,and 9 minutes.There was a significant effect on the peak power of the subjects at 6 and 9 minutes.The enhancement effect induced by the 80% 1RM weight-bearing squat exercise had a significant effect on the exercise performance of the subjects at 6,9,and 12 minutes,and had a significant effect on the peak power of the subjects at 9 and 12 minutes.The enhancement effect induced by the85% 1RM weight-bearing squat exercise has a significant effect on the subject's 30-meter running performance at the 3rd,6th,9th,and 12 th minutes;the standing long jump performance at the 6th,9th,12 th,and 15 th minutes.It has a significant effect;it has a significant effect on the standing triple jump performance at 3,6,9,12,15 minutes;it has a significant effect on the peak power of the subjects at 6,9,12,15 minutes.(2)The peak value of the lower limb explosive power test index increased during the75% 1RM weight-bearing squat exercise at the 9th minute,and the peak value of the lower limb explosive power test index appeared at the 12 th minute during the 80% 1RM and 85%1RM weight-bearing squat exercise..(3)Through a comparative analysis of the performance of various lower limb explosive power test indicators after different weight-bearing squat exercises,it is found that 85% 1RM weight-bearing squat exercises can promote sports more than 75% 1RM weight-bearing squat exercises and 80% 1RM weight-bearing squat exercises.Improved performance. |
