"Key Competences" is the current trend in the education sector,and the international education community is paying attention to the key competences.The symbol of the formation of students’ key mathematical competences is the formation of a holistic knowledge structure and a systematic cognitive structure.Therefore,the mathematical teaching design should overcome the teaching errors such as fragmentation of knowledge content and inculcation of teaching methods in traditional mathematics teaching.The core of unit teaching as a whole is to move from fragmentation to relevance,so as to promote students to master the knowledge structure as a whole;The learning guidance model advocates taking students as the main body to promote students’ knowledge transfer,so that students can form a holographic cognitive structure.Therefore,the implementation of classroom teaching under the mode of unit overall guidance is an effective way to implement the core quality of mathematics.Function is one of the four main lines of senior high school mathematics and the basis of senior high school mathematics content learning.The idea of function also runs through the entire senior high school mathematics curriculum.To sum up,this paper attempts to explore the high school mathematics teaching based on the unit overall guidance model,taking the high school function theme as an example.This paper mainly focuses on the following questions:(1)What is the overall learning guidance mode of the unit?(2)What problems exist in the practical application of traditional function teaching?(3)How to analyze and design the high school mathematics teaching based on the unit overall guidance mode?(4)What are some new thoughts through analyzing the high school mathematics teaching cases based on the unit overall guidance model?The main research content of the article includes the following aspects: First,it introduces the relevant concepts,theoretical basis,and relevant research at home and abroad of the unit integrated learning model;Secondly,through observation and interview,the problems of traditional function teaching in practical application are summarized;Thirdly,take the teaching materials,the unit as a whole,the theme design and the regression evaluation as the basic path to study the high school mathematics teaching under the unit as a whole guidance mode.Finally,the tentative teaching design template of the unit overall guidance mode will be formed,and the teaching design will be carried out with the power function,exponential function and logarithmic function as an example to further analyze and think.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The main problems of traditional function teaching include two aspects.From the perspective of students,it can be concluded that students have problems such as weak overall cognitive ability,being affected by thinking patterns and low literacy;From the perspective of teachers,it can be concluded that teachers have problems such as weak overall teaching concept,neglect of students’ subjectivity and mismatched learning and teaching evaluation.(2)By starting from the basic path of teaching materials,unit integration,theme design and regression evaluation,this paper studies the high school mathematics teaching based on the unit integration guidance model,and designs a tentative teaching design template for the unit integration guidance model.(3)Through the analysis and consideration of specific cases,this paper proposes that the implementation of the unit integrated learning guidance mode should pay attention to the selection of "unit",the grasp of "whole",the design of "learning guidance mode" and the "return evaluation" of the teaching process.(4)Finally,this paper advocates that educators continue to explore the "cross-learning" and "cross-discipline" unit teaching mode,which can promote the transformation of subject teaching and the development of education and teaching,and is the trend of future education development.
