| The widespread implementation of the Three Teacher Wheel Care model in kindergartens has effectively promoted the implementation of the concept of combining education and childcare in kindergartens,which is conducive to promoting the professional development of early childhood teachers and building a professional teacher team with both high quality of education and childcare for kindergartens.Based on the core problems of kindergarten Care work under the Three Teacher Wheel Care model,this paper comprehensively adopts research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and observation to conduct in-depth investigation and research on the current situation of kindergarten teachers’ Care work under the Three Teacher Wheel Care model in urban kindergartens of Hanzhong City,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes,and finally tries to put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions from different levels.This study has important theoretical significance and application value in stimulating teachers’ enthusiasm for childcare work,improving the quality of conservation work and promoting the combination of childcare and education.Through the survey and analysis,it was pointed out that the following five main problems existed in the process of teachers’ childcare work under the Three Teacher Wheel Care model: teachers’ childcare workload and working hours increased,and the pressure of childcare work increased;teachers’ rotation cycles varied,and childcare work faced different difficulties;teachers’ childcare work skills and professional theories of childcare were relatively lacking;novice teachers were inexperienced and relatively weak in random education;It is relatively difficult to freely switch between childcare and education roles in teacher rotation handover.The main reasons for the existence of problems include: lack of incentives for childcare work;kindergarten childcare management still needs to be strengthened and implementation rules need to be improved;training links for childcare teachers’ childcare skills are relatively weak;novice teachers’ awareness of childcare work is insufficient and their willingness to work in childcare is relatively low;it is difficult to make full use of the educational synergy between early childhood teachers and between families and kindergartens.In response to the problems and causes,this study combines the actual development of the kindergartens form different level try to propose corresponding strategies.Firstly,the education management should provide childcare protection and strengthen publicity and supervision.Specific strategies include: establishing training institutions for childcare work and improving the training mechanism for childcare work;strengthening publicity and education to establish the concept of professional development of childcare;focusing on the function of institutional protection and effectively strengthening management and supervision.Secondly,kindergartens should give full play to the main position and improve the quality of childcare comprehensively.Specific measures include: improving the implementation rules of childcare work management and enhance the level of childcare work management;carrying out a number of trainings and taking multiple measures to strengthen the early childhood teachers workforce;according to the actual development of kindergartens,improving the assessment and incentive mechanism of childcare work;establishing an effective communication bridge between families and kindergartens and giving them equal status.Thirdly,early childhood teachers should improve the level of scientific conservation and education and strengthen cooperation and reflection.Specific initiatives include: updating the concept of conservation and education,improving the awareness of conservation;improving the ability of childcare,promoting the integration of conservation and education;strengthening the reflection of conservation,enhancing the wisdom of conservation;promoting the pairing of teachers and apprentices,creating an atmosphere of mutual assistance. |
