With the rapid development of society,the process of rural labor force migration into the city has changed from the early young adults working in the city alone to migrating to the city with their children.Middle school is an indispensable stage of basic education to cultivate talents.With the increasing competition in education,there are some problems in the education of migrant children,such as weak learning adaptability and high learning pressure.Learning burnout of middle school students is harmful to personal development,but also has a negative impact on family,school and society.Therefore,it is of great significance to solve the problem of learning burnout of migrant children.The intervention of social work provides feasible intervention strategies to solve this problem.The object of this paper is a case X student with learning burnout discovered during the internship of the author’s major,due to the failure in the examination and the continuous decline in the score,X has brought a certain amount of learning pressure.He is a middle school student with a sense of weakness in learning.the author adopted the psycho-social treatment model to intervene X’s learning burnout problem.By means of questionnaire survey,interview and observation,data of clients were comprehensively collected and analyzed,and direct and indirect treatment techniques were used to intervene the inner and external environment of clients,so as to help clients rebuild cognitive mode,develop learning ability,restore family support and peer support.the growth and change of student X was observed through case interviews and worker’s activities,and the results were evaluated by the comparison of and post measurements of corresponding scales.Psychological treatment model has a great effect on the intervention of learning burnout in the children of migrant workers,and can effectively alleviate the learning burnout of the clients.the researchers reflect on the whole study and put forward some suggestions to improve the learning burnout of migrant children. |
