With the acceleration of urbanization in China,more and more migrant workers have left their familiar hometown for urban development.In the meantime,the number of migrant children in the stage of compulsory education is expanding.In their study and life,due to their own factors and the pressure of the environment,some of the children suffer from learning burnout to varying degrees,which brings a negative impact on their studies and physical and mental development.The paper selected a case study on intervention of migrant children learning burnout by school social work,the research's object are migrant children in L middle school,Guangzhou.The study is based on structured play therapy.the group service is about to release their learning stress,enhance the ability of learning and improve social support network by intervening in children individuals,schools and families,to achieve the aim of raising the their academic self-efficacy and reducing the learning burnout level.The study adopted the learning burnout scale and learning pressure scale as service assessment tools.After the intervention,the data showed that 88% of the group members' learning pressure had been alleviated,while 75% of the group members' learning burnout level had dropped to the normal level and below.In addition,study analyzed the contents of observation records and the interviews of the group members,found that the attitudes of group members to learning showed positive changes to varying degrees after participating activities.The results show that the structured play therapy has certain effect on the learning burnout of the migrant children.The group work has the emotional support function to the migrant children with study burnout;Experiential learning is a feasible way to reduce the level of learning burnout.
