| With the development of industrialization and urbanization in China,the population flow has been accelerating,and a large number of rural labor force has been transferred to cities,resulting in a large number of left-behind children in rural areas.The Left-behind children in China,a special group,is vulnerable to adverse environment that can lead to low performance in resilience.Most of them are solitary,sensitive and introverted.Subsequently,there is something wrong with their psychological and social development,which have influence on their socialization and life development.Therefore,it is important to improve the resilience of rural left-behind children.Based on the sense of optimism,sense of efficacy and sense of belonging of resilience,this study used the methods and techniques of case work,focusing on the five dimensions of goal focus,emotional control,positive cognition,interpersonal assistance and family support to elaborate.In this study,researcher collected client’s data through observational method and interviewing method,based on psycho-social therapy model,measured the resilience of client by using scaling method,diagnosed client’s problems on the aspects of psychological dynamic,cause and classification,analyzed client’s needs,and then combined with client’s actual situation to set service objective and plan.In the course of intervention,researcher combined direct therapy with indirect therapy,intervene client’s problems of resilience with psycho-social therapy model.Through effective case work intervention,the client’s sense of optimism,sense of efficacy and sense of belonging have been improved.That is,his resilience has been improved.It is concluded that the intervention of social work with psycho-social therapy model has a positive effect on the low resilience of rural left-behind children.Finally,the researchers reflected on the whole study and put forward suggestions to improve the resilience of rural left-behind children. |
