Abstract/Summary:
Objective: In this study,16 female cross-country skiing athletes in Shaanxi Province were divided into 8 specific subjects in the experimental group and 8specific subjects in the control group, and the effects of 4-week exercise training combined with probiotic intervention(experimental group)and ordinary yogurt intervention(control group)on their gas metabolism, blood routine, body composition and aerobic special ability were observed in the process of 4 weeks of exercise training, and the influence of functional flavored fermented milk on its aerobic training effect and its possible mechanism were discussed,so as to formulate a sports nutrition intervention program.Improve the effect of aerobic training and provide theoretical reference.Methods:(1)Intervention method: Carry out a normal diet and do not consume other nutritional products. The experimental group and the control group were supplemented with functional and dissipative flavored fermented milk and ordinary prosperous flavored fermented milk after three meals a day every Monday to Sunday and before going to bed at night, respectively, and each person was supplemented 4times a day, with a supplement amount of 100 g each time.(2)Experimental test methods:(1)Blood routine test.In the fasting state before the intervention and early morning after the intervention(7.00-8.00),5ml of cubital venous blood was taken as a blood sample, and placed in a dry anticoagulant test tube(heparin anticoagulant concentration was 20IU/ml blood),and after gentle shaking to be even,it was immediately put into a freezer for storage, and sent to the laboratory for testing on the same day.(2)Body composition test. Before the intervention and early morning after the intervention, the test was carried out by professional laboratory teachers in strict accordance with the instrument operation manual.(3)The aerobic capacity of athletes was tested by gas metabolism before and after intervention.Outcome:(1)Before and after the intervention, there were no significant differences in WBC,LY,MID,NE,HGB,RBC,PCV,MCV,MCH,MCHC,RDWC,RDWSD,PLT(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of intervention,WBC,LY,NE,HGB,RBC,PCV,MCV,MCH,PLT was slightly greater than that before intervention(P>0.05),MCHC was significantly greater than that before intervention(P<0.05),RDWC and RDWSD were slightly smaller than before intervention(P>0.05),MID was significantly smaller than before intervention(P<0.01);control group LY,HGB,RBC,PCV,MCV,PLT was slightly larger than before intervention(P>0.05),WBC,NE,MCH,MCHC,RDWC,RDWSD was slightly smaller than pre-intervention(P>0.05)and MID was significantly smaller than pre-intervention(P<0.05).(2)Before and after the intervention, there was no significant difference in body composition indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of intervention, the total body water, body weight, lean mass, skeletal muscle, intracellular water, and bone mineral content of the experimental group were slightly greater than that before the intervention(P>0.05),the percentage of protein, inorganic salt, body fat and body fat was significantly greater than that before the intervention(P<0.05),and the extracellular water was slightly smaller than that before the intervention(P>0.05);the control group had protein, body fat, body weight, skeletal muscle,The percentage of body fat was slightly greater than that before the intervention(P>0.05),and the total body water, lean body mass, intracellular water, and extracellular water were slightly smaller than before the intervention(P>0.05).(3)Before and after intervention, there was no significant difference in gas metabolism indexes(P>0.05)between the two groups when the subjects exercised at the critical intensity of maximum oxygen uptake;after the intervention,VO2,VCO2,PETCO2,RER,O2 pulse,VT and RR in the experimental group were slightly greater than those before the intervention(P>0.05),VE was significantly greater than before the intervention(P>0.01),PETO2,EQO2,VD/VT were slightly smaller than before the intervention(P>0.05);the control group VO2,VCO2,O2 pulse,EQO2,VT,VD,VD/VT,RR pathways were greater than those before intervention(P>0.05),VE was significantly greater than that before intervention(P>0.01),PETO2 and PETCO2 were slightly smaller than before intervention(P>0.05).(4)Before and after intervention, there was no significant difference in gas metabolism indexes(P>0.05)between the two groups when the ventilation threshold intensity exercised;after the intervention,O2 pulse,EQO2 and RR in the experimental group were slightly greater than those before the intervention(P>0.05),VO2,VCO2,VE,VT and METS were significantly greater than those before the intervention(P<0.05,0.01),and PETO2,PETCO2 and VD/VT were slightly smaller than before the intervention(P>0.05),the control group O2 pulse,EQO2,VT,VD and RR were slightly larger than those before intervention(P>0.05),VO2,VCO2,VE,METS were significantly greater than before intervention(P<0.05),PETO2 was slightly smaller than before intervention(P>0.05),and PETCO2 was significantly smaller than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)4 weeks of exercise training combined with functional flavor fermentation intervention can better improve the blood routine of cross-country skiers;(2)4 weeks of exercise training combined with functional flavor fermentation intervention can better improve the body composition of cross-country skiers, improve protein, skeletal muscle and lean body mass mass;(3)4-week exercise training combined with functional flavor fermentation intervention can better improve the aerobic metabolism and aerobic exercise capacity of cross-country skiers;(4)4 weeks of exercise training combined with functional flavor fermentation intervention can better improve the special quality of cross-country skiers.
