| Research purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of FATmax exercise on body composition and aerobic capacity of obese high school male students.In order to achieve this goal,this study will collect data on body composition and aerobic capacity of obese high school boys before and after FATmax exercise,and conduct statistical comparison and analysis.This study will verify the objective effects of FATmax exercise on body composition and aerobic capacity of obese high school male students through experiments,so as to provide valuable information for the prevention and treatment of obesity,and at the same time provide theoretical basis and practical reference for exercise to promote adolescent physical health.Research objects and methods: The research object of this paper is the influence of FATmax exercise on body composition and aerobic capacity of obese high school boys.The research methods used in this paper include literature method,expert consultation method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.The core research method is experiment method.Subjects: In this study,INDOBY instrument was used to test the height and weight of senior high school students,and then BMI was calculated.30 subjects with BMI greater than 28 were selected.Experimental group: experimental group(age: 15.20±0.46 years old;Height: 175.40 ± 5.04cm)and control group(age: 15.27 ± 0.41 years old,height:175.67 ± 4.46cm)were 15.Experimental purpose: To study the changes of body composition and aerobic capacity of obese high school male students before and after FATmax exercise,as well as the scientific validity of personalized exercise prescription.Experimental procedure:(1)Firstly,before FATmax exercise,body composition index and aerobic capacity index of each subject were measured.After completing the general morphological and functional examination,the subjects underwent the individual FATmax test.FATmax test: Increasing load motion is used to determine FATmax.The test plan started at 5km/h,the slope was 2 °,and the increase rate was 1 km/3.5min.The slope remained unchanged until the respiratory quotient was above 1.00,and FATmax Rate(average maximum fat oxidation rate)was measured.The fat oxidation rate was calculated using the gas metabolism data of 30 seconds after each stage load.The fat oxidation dynamic curve and FATmax intensity were determined by the third-order polynomial fitting curve,and the fat oxidation rate was calculated.The fat oxidation rate(g/min)=1.6946VO2(2 L/min)-1.7012VCO2(2 L/min).The exercise heart rate reached FATmax Rate was recorded,which was the individual bullseye rate of the experiment.(2)Strictly carry out 12 weeks of exercise according to FATmax experimental intervention program.The experimental group adopted FATmax intensity running exercise,3 times a week,55 min each time,for 12 weeks,and the exercise intensity was controlled(bullseye rate ±5 times /min).The control group did not engage in any form of exercise except normal study rest and after-school exercise.(3)After the 12-week exercise,the corresponding indicators were post-tested,and Excel and SPSS25.0 were used for data sorting and statistical analysis.Research results: After 12 weeks of FATmax exercise,body composition of the experimental group: Height(175.40 cm vs 176.20 cm,P<0.01),body weight(87.82 kg vs 84.45 kg,P<0.01),BMI(28.51 vs 27.17,P<0.01),body fat percentage(29.25 vs26.76,P<0.01),fat weight(25.96 kg vs 22.64 kg,P<0.01)and waist-to-hip ratio(0.91 vs 0.89,P<0.01)were significantly different.P > 0.05)had no significant changes in indexes;The aerobic capacity of the experimental group: vital capacity(4027.20 ml vs4405.13 ml,P<0.01)and 1000 m running performance(309.73 s vs 287.20 s,P<0.01)were significantly different.In addition,the control group had no significant changes in other indicators except height.Research conclusion:(1)12-week FATmax exercise can effectively improve the body composition index and reduce the weight,BMI,body fat percentage,fat weight and waist-to-hip ratio of obese male high school students,but there is no significant difference in the influence of height and natural growth and development,and can not improve the weight of fat removal.(2)FATmax exercise can improve the aerobic capacity of the body and improve the lung capacity and 1000 m running performance of obese male high school students.(3)FATmax provides a range of exercise intensity suitable for weight loss and aerobic capacity enhancement,which can be used to improve the physical health level of obese male high school students. |
