Abstract/Summary:
Research objective: To observe the changes in physiological and biochemical indicators and aerobic capacity of cross country skiers before and after supplementing high GI and low GI nut peptide bars for 4 weeks during their training period. The aim is to provide reference for assisting athletes in completing training plans, improving training quality, and coaches in formulating scientific training plans.Research method: 19 male members of the Shaanxi Province off-road skiing team were selected as the research subjects.Basic information was collected from the subjects before and after the experiment, and two tests were conducted before and after the experiment. Both tests were conducted by extracting elbow vein blood from the members after waking up at 6:30 am to test blood indicators such as red blood cells, white blood cells, hematocrit, hemoglobin, lymphocytes, neutrophils, and immunoglobulins,One hour after breakfast, the German cortex mm3 b cardiopulmonary function telemeter and the German h/p/cosmos plus running platform were used to conduct aerobic Achievement test, and the cross-country skiers’ special results were tested and recorded before and after the experiment;According to the VO2 max measured before the experiment, combined with the basic information and special performance of athletes, they were paired and divided into two groups: the first group was the high GI peptide stick group, supplemented with high GI peptide stick, and the second group was the low GI peptide stick group, supplemented with low GI peptide stick. The experimental data was statistically processed using Excel and SPSS 22.0 software. All data were expressed as mean ±standard deviation(X ± SD).Paired sample t-tests were used to compare the intra group differences before and after supplementation, and independent sample t-tests were used to compare the inter group differences before and after supplementation.P<0.05 was used to represent the level of significant differences.Research results: 1.Before and after supplementing with high and low GI peptide rods, the red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, white blood cells, lymphocytes, neutrophils,Ig G,Ig M,Ig A and other indicators of the team members were within the normal range;Compared with before supplementation, the high GI peptide rod group showed a significant increase in hemoglobin, red blood cells, and Ig M(P<0.05),while indicators such as lymphocytes, hematocrit,Ig G,and Ig A showed an upward trend, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).White blood cells and neutrophils showed a downward trend, with no significant difference(P>0.05);The red blood cells, hematocrit, hemoglobin, white blood cells,Ig G,Ig A,Ig M and other indicators of the low GI peptide rod group showed an upward trend, but did not show a significant difference(P>0.05).Neutrophils and lymphocytes showed a downward trend, but did not show a significant change(P>0.05);After supplementation, compared with the low GI peptide rod group, the high GI peptide rod group cross-country skiers had a significant increase in hemoglobin(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in red blood cells, lymphocytes, hematocrit, white blood cells, neutrophils,Ig G,Ig A,Ig M(P>0.05).2.Compared with those before supplementation, the heart rate, minute ventilation, oxygen uptake,CO2 exhalation, respiratory exchange rate, relative oxygen uptake/kg,VO2 max MET,and Tidal volume of subjects in the low GI peptide stick group at the VO2 max state showed an upward trend without significant change(P>0.05),and minute ventilation/oxygen uptake showed a downward trend, but not significant(P>0.05);At anaerobic threshold state, heart rate, minute ventilation volume, oxygen uptake,CO2 exhalation volume, respiratory exchange rate, relative oxygen uptake/kg,AT-MET,Tidal volume showed an upward trend without significant change(P>0.05),and minute ventilation volume/oxygen uptake showed a downward trend without significant change(P>0.05);The ventilation volume per minute, relative oxygen uptake/kg,VO2 max MET,oxygen uptake,Tidal volume and other indicators of the subjects in the high GI peptide stick group at the VO2 max state showed a significant increase(P<0.05),while the heart rate,CO2 exhalation volume, respiratory exchange rate and other indicators showed an upward trend, while the ventilation volume per minute/oxygen uptake, respiratory frequency showed a downward trend, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Under anaerobic threshold condition, the minute ventilation volume, oxygen uptake, relative oxygen uptake/kg,AT-MET,Tidal volume increased significantly(P<0.05),heart rate,CO2 exhalation volume, respiratory exchange rate increased, and minute ventilation volume/oxygen uptake, respiratory rate decreased, but there was no significant change(P>0.05);After supplementation, compared with the high GI peptide stick group and the low GI peptide stick group, the heart rate, ventilation per minute, oxygen uptake,CO2 exhalation, respiratory exchange rate, relative oxygen uptake/kg,VO2 max MET,AT-MET,tidal volume, ventilation per minute/oxygen uptake, respiratory quotient of the two groups of players in the maximum oxygen uptake state, anaerobic threshold state did not change significantly(P>0.05)Compared with before supplementation, the subjects in the high GI peptide rod group showed significant improvement in their 1500 meter and 30 meter running scores(P<0.05),and there was an upward trend in their bench press scores, but there was no significant change(P>0.05);The subjects in the low GI peptide rod group showed an upward trend in their 1500 m,30m,and bench press scores, but did not show significant changes(P>0.05).Research conclusion: 1.Continuous supplementation of nut peptide bars during high-load training of cross-country skiers has a certain improvement effect on immune function, avoiding rapid decline in immune function during high-load training;Supplementing GI peptide rods is beneficial for increasing the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin indicators, laying the foundation for improving aerobic capacity.2.Continuously supplementing high GI nut peptide bars during the high-load training period of cross-country skiers has a good auxiliary effect on improving the aerobic capacity of team members.3.Continuously supplementing high GI nut peptide bars during the high-load training period of cross-country skiing athletes has a good auxiliary effect on improving the special performance of cross-country skiing team members during the training period.
