Table tennis,as the national ball of the People’s Republic of China,table tennis is easy to learn to master,very competitive,rich entertainment and very ornamental characteristics,making table tennis deeply loved by the broad masses of the people,and table tennis is also an important part of ordinary college physical education.With the passage of time and the demand of the teaching effect,the teaching method needs to constantly optimize and explore the teaching methods,so that we can better conduct the teaching activities.During this period,the representation training method as the main method of table tennis teaching method is relatively few,this paper based on this research.Inside the core of the imagery training method Capacity for: by guiding the participants in the brain to imagine the preliminary appearance of various action skills,and then in the cerebral cortex of various skill action representation and action framework,help participants more faster on the basis of the original breakthrough their own cognitive bottleneck,simple expression is to use all the feelings of the human body to experience or cognitive process or reengineering process.This paper adopts the teaching experiment method,questionnaire survey,psychometric method,literature survey,mathematical statistics,expert interview method,in the representation training method in the influence of the research object,in xi’an sports college sports training professional level 9 class 19(all girls)and class 10(all boys)students as the experimental object.According to the school teaching plan for the two classes daily teaching activities,and the two classes according to the requirements of the experimental group and control group,experimental group with representation training method + traditional method as teaching method,control group using the traditional teaching method,the rest should be consistent,to study the influence of representation method on teaching effect.The final experiment showed:(1)The Appearance training method improved the students’ mastery of table tennis skills;after the experiment,the number of rounds in both groups increased,but from the final results,the students in the experimental group had more rounds than those in the control group.After the experiment,the students in the experimental group scored better than the control group in the assessment contents of forehand attacking near the table,pushing left and attacking right,rubbing the ball and hair side spin,which showed that the representation training method,as the main teaching method,had a positive impact on the teaching of table tennis technology.(2)Imagery training method can effectively improve the standardization of students’ technical movements.After the longitudinal comparison before and after the experiment,it is found that the technical standardization of the experimental students was improved.After comparing the experimental results,the technical evaluation performance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.It shows that the imagery training method can improve the standardization of students’ technical movements to a certain extent.(3)The Appearance training method has a positive effect on improving students’ interest in learning.After investigating the students involved in the experiment,it was found that the students in the experimental group interested in learning table tennis)accounted for 46.88% of the total number,while the control group accounted for only 28.13%.It can be obtained that the representation training method can effectively improve students’ interest in learning.(4)The Appearance training method can improve the effect of teaching to some extent.After 32 periods of practice,the performance of the students and the control group improved,the experimental group was better than that of the control group.(5)The ery training method can increase students’ personal classroom practice time.Because representation training helps students to quickly establish the correct technical action framework in the initial stage of learning technical movements,and then finally master the action techniques quickly through the way of ontology perception and muscle memory.In the limited class time,after representation training,students quickly master the initial technical movements and enter the personal practice stage.After a long time of practice,the number of boards and the degree of movement standard were finally improved.
