| With the deepening of education evaluation reform in the new era and the widespread implementation of the OBE concept,the current physical education course School Physical Education also needs to be improved.The reform of the teaching evaluation system of the theoretical course "School Physical Education",which is one of the main courses of physical education majors,should be given more attention,and the further improvement of the teaching evaluation system of the course "School Physical Education" in conjunction with the new policy documents,with evaluation as the guide,can make the physical education majors get better development.The Implementation Measures for the Accreditation of Teacher Training Courses in General Higher Education Institutions(Provisional)put forward the idea of "student-centred,output-oriented and continuous improvement",which has led to the study of the OBE education idea.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to construct a teaching evaluation system based on the OBE concept of School Physical Education.This study adopts the research methods of literature,Delphi method,hierarchical analysis,mathematical and statistical method and logical analysis.Firstly,the basic framework of the teaching evaluation system based on the OBE concept of "School Physical Education" was formulated;secondly,the evaluation indicators were further screened and modified and the weights of each indicator were calculated;finally,the constructed teaching evaluation system was tested empirically,and the students of Class 8 of Physical Education of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education,Class 2019 were chosen to test the achievement of the evaluation indicators.Through the above study,the following conclusions were drawn.1.the primary indicators of the teaching evaluation system of School Physical Education course based on the OBE concept physical education majors mainly cover the requirements of knowledge,ability and quality,seven secondary indicators such as basic knowledge and principles,reform and development dynamics and 31 tertiary indicators such as mastering theoretical knowledge of school physical education of systematics and the ability of teaching basic skills competition.2.The weightings of the indicators at each level of the teaching evaluation index system of the course "School Physical Education" based on the OBE concept for physical education majors.From the perspective of the primary indicators,the weight of the competence requirement(0.5861)is the largest,accounting for more than the combination of the knowledge requirement and the quality requirement,the weight of the knowledge requirement(0.3531)is the second,and the one accounting for the least is the quality requirement(0.0608).3.Based on the OBE concept of the teaching evaluation index system of School Physical Education course,the data analysis results show that the achievement of teaching evaluation indexes of A knowledge requirements in the primary index is qualified,the achievement of teaching evaluation indexes of B ability requirements is qualified,and the achievement of teaching evaluation indexes of C quality requirements is unqualified.The achievement of the evaluation indicators in the secondary indicators is good,including A2 reform and development dynamics,B2 ability to apply knowledge and B3 innovation ability;the achievement of the secondary indicators is qualified,including A1 basic knowledge and principles,C2 professionalism requirements;the achievement of the secondary indicators is unqualified,including B1 ability to acquire knowledge,C1 curriculum thinking and political requirements.In the overall analysis,under the guidance of the OBE education concept,the achievement of the evaluation indicators of the teaching of School Physical Education for Class 8 of 2019 in Xi’an Institute of Physical Education was tested to be qualified under the evaluation system constructed in this paper. |
