The University Of Physical Education Major Evaluation System Research In Henan Province

The assessment and evaluation of college students is one of significant contents and processes of teaching evaluation,which follows the rules of the internal development of teaching and the aims of cultivate excellent students,evaluate students scientifically by using the methods of modern education evaluation.The evaluation of college students plays an significant role in the college teaching process.For example,we can use it to find out some teaching problems and have the feedback on students' learning situation.Volleyball general course,as a compulsory technical course in physical education major,is good for improving students' integrated.The author intents to use the evaluation system for physical education major in college in Henan Province.And use literature material law,questionnaire surrey method,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods.mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods.Besides,the author will analysis the situation of physical education major in college in Henan Province from two perspective,teachers and students,respectively.The author summarizes the expert interview and research information,using Delphi method and selecting evaluation index,in order to perfect the new evaluation system for physical education major in college.Furthermore,the author will put forward some relevant suggestions.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The current college physical education major evaluation system in Henan meets the demands of teaching syllabus.It's comparatively mature in theory and technical assessment,while is lack of paying attention on students' basic ability.2.The teacher and students have different view on the current criteria of evaluation,That is to say,students have lower satisfaction on the criteria of evaluation.It's high time to perfect this system.3.The current content of evaluation is relatively single,and the major way is summative assessment.4.After three rounds of Delphi method,using physical education professional training objectives and teaching syllabus as the basis,the author has established 4 first grade indexes,16 second grade indexes and46 third grade indexes.Finally,the author perfects a new index system of physical education major,through the rank and operation method,calculating the weight of each index.5.The paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions bases on the new system: value evaluation function,set up the concept of developmental evaluation;Pay attention to ability evaluation content;use diversified evaluation methods.
