In order to implement the fundamental task of "cultivating people with morality",the concept of "Curriculum Civics",which is mainly based on the teaching of professional courses,has the functions of collaborative education and can accommodate different disciplinary perspectives and integrate different professional characteristics,has come into being.In order to ensure the development of Curriculum Civics,as an important means to monitor and control the quality of teaching in colleges and universities,the study of its teaching evaluation has attracted much attention.At present,there is a lack of teaching evaluation tools that follow the concept of Curriculum Civics and have unified evaluation standards and highlight the special characteristics of physical education course.The purpose of this study is to realize "the evaluation is for development" through effective evaluation tools to bring into play the nurturing characteristics of art course,and to build the Teaching Evaluation System of Art Courses in Physical Education under the Perspective of Curriculum Civics.This is not only a tool to support the evaluation of the teaching of physical education courses in colleges and universities,but also a useful attempt to apply the theory of developmental education evaluation to promote the construction of curriculum thinking politics.This study takes the teaching evaluation system of physical education major technical courses as the research object,and uses literature research method,Delphi expert consultation method,mathematical statistics method and hierarchical analysis method to systematically discuss the construction of "the Teaching Evaluation System of Physical Education Major Technical Courses from the Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics".The results and conclusions are as following:1.The "Teaching Evaluation System of Physical Education Major Technical Courses from the Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics" is developed with the developmental education evaluation theory as the macro guidance,CIPP evaluation model as the meson guidance,and the National Standard for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Specialized Classes in General Higher Education Institutions as the micro guidance.The content of the three levels is closely related to the characteristics of the art class,so that the evaluation of curriculum thinking and government teaching in physical education has both a theoretical basis and the uniqueness of being.2.The guidance of developmental education evaluation theory is mainly reflected in the fact that the evaluation system evaluates physical education courses from four dimensions: "background-resources-process-development",the evaluation indexes take into account the combination of process and increase,qualitative and quantitative,the evaluation process follows the principle of "student-centered and promoting teachers’ professional development",and it is clear that the evaluation does not only serve the decision makers,but also leaves space for dialogue between teachers and students-an evaluation that purposefully raises the awareness of participation of the evaluation subject and object and gives full play to subjective initiative.3.The evaluation system consists of 4 primary indicators,10 secondary indicators and 36 tertiary indicators in "classroom background,teaching resources,teaching practice and reflective development",with the weight values of 0.1599,0.1776,0.4642 and 0.1979 for the primary indicators respectively.3.50 points,coefficient of variation less than 0.25,and p-value less than 0.001,i.e.,they passed the consistency test of experts.At the same time,it is supported by the interviewed teachers and students,and is a highly scientific assessment tool.4.The study found that in the implementation of the teaching process of physical education major art courses,there are real pain points such as insufficient internal driving force of the teaching subject,insufficient perceived value of the taught subject,and the teaching ability of the teaching subject in thinking and teaching and nurturing ability to be improved.The evaluation system constructed focuses on the evaluation of secondary indicators and their observation points,such as "professional ethics,classroom atmosphere,teaching materials and nurturing methods". |
