The Social Flow Path Of Competitive Sports Reserve Talents In Municipal Sports Schools Mixed Study Of Influencing Factors

The reserve talents of competitive sports are the important foundation for the development of China’s sports cause.Due to the fierce competition in competitive sports,many reserve talents have been eliminated.The flow of these optimized reserve talents has become a problem.The difficulties in employment and the narrow way out have made people shy away from entering sports schools,which has led to the insufficient introduction of sports reserve talents.As a very important reserve base for reserve talents,municipal sports schools play a connecting role in the three-base training network.Therefore,the social flow and influencing factors of competitive sports reserve talents in municipal sports schools are worth exploring.Most of the research on social mobility in the field of sports focuses on the social mobility of outstanding athletes,such as the mobility of professional athletes,the placement of retired athletes and the social fate,etc.,while the research on the social mobility of reserve talents,a relatively common group,is less.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance to build a scientific and comprehensive theoretical model of social mobility of competitive sports reserve talents and clarify the status of competitive sports reserve talents in social mobility stratification.At the same time,it is of rich practical significance to analyze the current situation of the social flow of reserve talents and its influencing factors,so that young athletes can understand their own status and needs,so as to help them reasonably choose the social outlet suitable for their own development and achieve positive self-change before the end of the training stage of reserve talents.This study explores the influencing factors of the social mobility of competitive sports reserve talents through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.First of all,through case interviews,we investigated 20 people who had studied in municipal sports schools,coded the interview samples with grounded theory,and built a theoretical model of factors affecting the social mobility of competitive sports reserve talents.Through questionnaire survey,314 reserve talents who once studied in sports schools across the country were investigated.Six major factors,including personal factors,family factors,learning factors,training factors,interpersonal factors and policy factors,were used as measurement indicators.Regression model was used to analyze the significance of the factors affecting the social mobility of reserve talents for competitive sports education,and analyze them.Finally,from the national point of view,from the school point of view,from the perspective of athletes’ families and athletes themselves,this paper puts forward scientific measures to enhance the upward mobility of competitive sports reserve talents in municipal sports schools,so as to promote the realization of the development goals of national sports.Based on the data analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,the core category of the theoretical model of influencing factors of social mobility of municipal sports learning competitive sports reserve talents is "influencing factors of social mobility";Second,the social mobility of competitive sports reserve talents is divided into upward mobility,horizontal mobility and downward mobility.The development of sports needs to be promoted in many ways to increase the upward flow path of sports reserve talents and make them more than downward flow.Third,there are individual and family differences in the social mobility of reserve talents.Among the individual differences,there are significant differences in "sports grade","project liking" and "development planning",and there are significant differences in "family economy" and "family support".Fourth,personal factors,family factors,training factors,learning factors,interpersonal factors all have an impact on the social mobility of reserve talents.Sports schools have been more perfect in cultivating reserve talents to become professional athletes.Whether reserve talents can achieve upward mobility depends on sports talent and sports performance;Students who cannot take a career path need to move upward in the sports industry and enter universities through sports grade advantages;The lack of culture and education is an important factor that restricts students from entering higher schools;Among the reserve talents who choose jobs,the majority of people flow downward and their social status is not optimistic.From the national level,school level,family level and athletes themselves,the following suggestions are put forward: the government should continue to promote the integration of sports and education,and establish a scientific concept of development;Schools should attach importance to cultural education and change the teaching form of class teaching;Shaping a good family culture atmosphere and promoting the development of family education;Athletes should clarify the direction of professional development and strengthen the ideological education of reserve talents.
