Promoting the healthy physical and mental growth of young people is an important goal of building a strong education country in China.Based on this,relevant national departments have successively issued documents incorporating "integration of physical education and physical education" into national policy documents and included them in the agenda of national education reform,in order to arouse the attention of schools,families,and society to students’ physical exercise,and achieve the urgent hope of promoting students’ active participation in exercise and improving the physical quality of our students.In the context of "integration of sports and education",the Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Jingzhou Municipal Government have made solid efforts to form a positive situation of deep cooperation and joint progress between the local sports bureau and the education bureau.In2021,the Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism named a large number of "one school,one quality sports traditional project schools",with a layout of nine sports projects,such as tennis,swimming,football,and basketball,to fully support the selection and cultivation of sports talents,create characteristic sports projects,implement the goal of each student mastering at least one sport,ensure that students have one hour of physical exercise time per day,and promote sunny sports activities on campus.Under this promotion,"one school,one product" has become a breakthrough for Jingzhou City to build a model city of "integration of sports and education".This article uses various research methods such as literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and mathematical statistics to comprehensively analyze the basic situation,development,security,and teaching effectiveness of 21 traditional sports schools in Jingzhou City,summarizing the successful experience and various problems in the construction and development path of each school,and proposing corresponding countermeasures.The research results suggest that:1.In the context of "integration of sports and education",various primary and secondary schools in Jingzhou actively explore the optimal path to develop school sports.As the "first good city" in Jingzhou,"one school,one product" has become a breakthrough point in creating a model city of "integration of sports and education".Jingzhou’s traditional "one school,one product" sports project schools are mostly concentrated in economically developed central urban areas,and the distribution of education levels is reasonable,Shashi District has initially formed a regional structure of "one school,one product",which is worth learning from other municipalities and counties directly under the Central Government;2."One school,one product" traditional sports project schools in Jingzhou City have a wide range of featured projects,and some schools have shown a new trend of development from "one school,one product" to "one school,multiple products".Each school constructs a "one school,one product" project through the coordination of curriculum resources inside and outside of class,which can be based on fully mobilizing resources from the government,society,and the market to seek a new positioning for the entire society to jointly undertake the healthy development of students;3.The traditional sports project of "One School,One Product" in Jingzhou City has a reasonable structure of teachers,complete infrastructure and facilities,and the main funding sources are borne by the government,which basically guarantees the demand for the "One School,One Product" project.In the future,the funding attributes of social sports and school sports can be further divided,attracting high-level sports teachers to inject,improving the standardization of sports venues,and promoting the continuous deepening of the "One School,One Product" project;4.Currently,various traditional sports schools in Jingzhou City are actively exploring the implementation path of "one school,one product",giving full play to the demonstration,breakthrough,and driving role of the pilot project in the overall reform,effectively bringing varying degrees of positive impact to schools,teachers,and students,realizing a good brand effect,and ushering in a golden period of development for the sports discipline.Its successful experience is worth promoting widely. |
