| The sport of tennis,as a net game,has become the second largest sport in the world.Tennis sports promote our physical health,promote the development of bones,and promote the formation of competitive ability.As one of the popular sports now,the number of people learning tennis in provinces and cities is also increasing exponentially,with more people participating in tennis learning.Forehand and backhand stroke technique is particularly important in tennis,and it is also the most used technique in the match and training.A good grasp of forehand and backhand stroke technique can get an early chance in the match.Therefore,it is very important to find a training method to improve the forehand and backhand moving volley.In the sport of tennis,movement is dominant,in the forehand and backhand volley movement is particularly important.Rope ladder step training,as a common training method of foot movement,is widely used in basketball and football,but less in tennis training.Therefore,through experiments,this paper explores the effect of rope ladder step training on the forehand and backhand mobile volley in young tennis.By using the methods of literature,expert interview,comparative analysis,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experiment,this paper takes 40 students(aged 13-15 years old)in the summer vacation class of Qingdao 7-ACE Tennis Club as the experimental objects,and conducts an 8-week experimental training on the influence of rope ladder step training on the effect of forehand and backhand mobile stroke of young tennis players.Before the experiment,the students were tested on physical fitness,forehand in one minute,backhand in one minute,the number of forehand and backhand stroke fixed balls in one minute,the depth of forehand stroke,the depth of backhand stroke,the depth of forehand and backhand stroke,the depth of forehand and backhand stroke,and the interference of various factors before the experiment were excluded.It was proved that there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment.After 8 weeks of rope ladder step training,the test was carried out on physical fitness,forehand in one minute,backhand in one minute,the number of forehand and backhand stroke fixed balls,the depth of forehand stroke,the depth of backhand stroke,the depth of forehand and backhand stroke,and the depth of forehand and backhand stroke,as well as the linear slant stroke and backhand slant stroke.The following conclusions are drawn:1.After 8 weeks of step training,both the experimental group and the control group showed improvement in the five aspects of physical fitness test after the experiment,but the experimental group showed significant improvement in the five aspects of sprint running,left and right lateral movement,8-point touch ball and one-minute retrace run compared with the control group,indicating that the rope ladder step training is more beneficial to improve the physical fitness of students.Improve the agility,mobility and quick reflexes of tennis students.2.After 8 weeks of step training,both groups of students improved to a certain extent in the three tests of the number of moving and drawing fixed balls in one minute after the experiment,but the experimental group showed significant improvement in the number of forehand volley in one minute,backhand volley in one minute,and the number of moving and reverse volley in one minute compared with the control group.It fully indicates that the rope ladder step training has improved the ability of the number of mobile volleys and the ability to complete the number of mobile volleys in a short time.3.After 8 weeks of footwork training,the depth and accuracy test scores of both groups were improved after the experiment,but the experimental group showed significant improvement compared with the control group in the three test scores of one-straight and backhand stroke depth test,forehand slant accuracy test and backhand slant accuracy test,while the improvement of forehand stroke depth and backhand stroke depth test was not obvious.It fully shows that the rope ladder step training can improve the depth of one and one backhand volley and the accuracy of forehand and backhand volley better,and improve the quality of volley. |
