| In June 2019,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Deepening Education and Teaching Reform and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Compulsory Education,which clearly pointed out that teaching methods should be optimized,excellent teaching results should be widely popularized and applied,and schools should be guided to pay attention to new teaching methods and methods such as heuristic,interactive and inquiring methods.At present,tennis classroom in sports colleges and universities is still dominated by traditional teaching methods.Students master technical movements by imitating and repeating standard technical movements.In limited time,students can imitate their technical movements,but it is difficult to understand their technical principles.Inquisity-based teaching method is student-centered,pays attention to students’ independent exploration and practical innovation ability,improves students’ cooperation consciousness,and cultivates team spirit.In the teaching situation,students can take the initiative to discover,understand and solve problems,which is the characteristics of the teaching method.In view of this,the author applies the inquisitive teaching method to the teaching process of tennis elective courses in sports colleges and universities to further explore the influence of inquisitive teaching method on the teaching effect of tennis classroom.In this paper,the inquisition-based teaching method is applied to the tennis elective course of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,to Wuhan Institute of Physical Education 2021 professional tennis elective class students as the experimental object,the experimental group and the control group by two classes of 40 students,The teaching experiment of 90 class hours for 15 weeks was carried out.After the experiment,the index data reflecting the tennis attitude,physical quality and tennis skill level of the two groups of students were compared,and the following conclusions were finally drawn:(1)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the inquiry-based teaching method puts forward higher requirements for both teachers and students,and the teaching design should also be considered to improve.Inquiry-based teaching improves students’ ability of self-inquiry,solidarity and cooperation,enhances the communication between teachers and students,and improves the activeness of class.(2)Compared with traditional teaching method,inquiry-based teaching method has more advantages in improving students’ learning attitude and interest in tennis.(3)The application of inquiry teaching method and traditional teaching method has no obvious difference in the improvement of students’ physical quality.(4)Inquiry teaching method has obvious advantages over traditional teaching method in improving students’ tennis skills and movements,and students have a deeper understanding of tennis. |
