The "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era" emphasizes that school physical education curriculum should focus on improving students’ core qualities,and that high quality talents with lofty spiritual pursuit and noble personality cultivation should be cultivated in the stage of higher education.Therefore,in order to adapt to the reform of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities in the new era and cultivate students’ all-round development,we should pay attention to the promotion of healthy behavior and physical morality while developing students’ sports skills.This study is a comparative analysis of the influence of the empowered sports mode and the traditional sports teaching mode on students’ physical quality,basic techniques of gas volleyball,individual and social responsibility,game performance,etc.,and an initial discussion on the practical application effect of the empowered sports mode in the electives gas volleyball course in colleges and universities.This paper provides reference for the application and research of empowered sports mode in Chinese colleges’ physical education teaching.In this study,the literature method was used to sort out the data and literature related to the empowerment movement mode.Secondly,the experiment was designed based on the teaching practice.Finally,the obtained data were analyzed by various methods such as questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The results show that:(1)The application of the empowered movement mode in the elective gas volleyball course in colleges and universities has improved the moving speed,agility and coordination quality of students,but has little influence on the upper and lower limb strength and explosive power.Compared with traditional physical education teaching mode,empowering sports mode has no significant advantage in promoting students’ physical quality.(2)Both the traditional sports teaching mode and the empowerment sports mode can effectively improve students’ basic gas volleyball skills to a certain extent.However,compared with the traditional physical education teaching mode,the experimental group students’ post test scores of cushion,passing,spiking and serving four basic skills are higher than those of the control group students,empowering sports mode has more obvious effect on the improvement of students’ basic skills of gas volleyball.(3)Compared with the traditional physical education teaching model,students under the empowerment sports model show significant differences in the performance of individual and social responsibility.On the whole,the empowerment sports mode has more educational significance and function for students’ learning of personal and social responsibility,and can further promote the cultivation and development of students’ core quality of physical education.(4)The empowerment sports mode attaches more importance to the cultivation of students’ competition ability and stimulates students’ interest in learning.Compared with the traditional sports teaching mode,it is superior in developing the skills and tactics of the volleyball game. |
