Under the background of vigorously implements "national fitness" strategies and promotes sports management modernization in our country,the volleyball associations as the main force of providing sports public services and participating in social governance play an important role in the overall development of our society,which number and social status are increasing with each passing day,the social influence is expanding constantly,but the existing social responsibility problems are also increasingly prominent,therefor it is necessary to study the social responsibility of volleyball associations so as to find a practical way to promote the autonomy of volleyball associations according to law and enhance social value.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,case study,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper elaborates on the content of the social responsibility undertaking of the volleyball associations in Fujian province,analyzes the current situation of the social responsibility undertaking of the volleyball associations in Fujian province,and studies the case of the gas volleyball association in nanping city to find the crux and causes of the problem,and then puts forward practical ways to promote the volleyball associations to take the social responsibility actively.Main conclusions:(1)The development situation and trend of the volleyball associations in fujian province are better,the overall layout is reasonable,and the gas volleyball associations spring up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain,but the development of volleyball associations in some parts is relatively backward,with large regional differences,and its development characteristics are professional,mutual benefit,non-profit,widespread,independent management and voluntary participation.The majority of members of volleyball associations in Fujian Province are men,mainly serving as general staff and responsible persons of Party,government,enterprises and institutions.The overall level of academic qualifications of the members is low,and they are showing an aging trend as a whole.(2)The volleyball associations in fujian province should undertake five aspects of social responsibility,including political responsibility,economic responsibility,cultural responsibility,social construction responsibility andecological civilization responsibility.(3)The volleyball associations of Fujian province generally do not have a high level of understanding of social responsibility,lack of social responsibility consciousness,but most members have the will to understand the content of social responsibility,think that it is necessary for volleyball associations to undertake social responsibility,and take a positive attitude towards the undertaken social responsibility of volleyball associations.Finally,By further analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the social responsibility cognition and the social responsibility undertaking of the volleyball associations in Fujian province.The cognitive level of social responsibility of members is significantly different in terms of gender,age,education and occupation.(4)Through the case study,it is found that the actively assume social responsibility of the volleyball associations can improve its reputation,and increase its social influence,which makes the volleyball associations get more support and help,and then promotes the sustainable development of the volleyball associations.(5)The main problems that volleyball associations in Fujian province face when assuming social responsibilities are lack of awareness of social responsibilities,lack of administration,lack of talents and shortage of funds.However the root causes of these problems are the lack of attention to social responsibility,the lack of association management mechanism,the lack of volunteer service spirit,and the lack of Profitability.The countermeasures to promote the volleyball associations in Fujian province to undertake the social responsibility are: constructing the social responsibility content system;improving the organization and management mechanism;improving the overall quality of the members;enhancing the ability of self-blood production. |
