| In recent years,in order to achieve sustainable development of table tennis around the world,develop modern tournament structures,and promote the marketization,commercialization,and socialization of table tennis events,the ITTF has made a series of changes to the rules of table tennis,and these changes have placed increasingly high demands on the physical quality of table tennis players.In table tennis,agility is a priority quality that should be developed,and the youth period is a sensitive period for agility development.As a simple and effective modern physical training method,rope ladder training is an important means to improve agility and speed,and is flexible and fun.Therefore,this paper applies the rope ladder to the teaching and training of 8-10 years old table tennis players to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for the development of youth table tennis players’ agility quality.This paper mainly adopts the literature method,experimental method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method.20 youth table tennis players aged 8-10 years old who received professional training and had competition experience were selected for 12 weeks of intervention training,and the subjects were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,with the experimental group carrying out rope ladder training and the control group carrying out traditional sensitivity quality training.At the end of the experiment,the differences between the experimental group and the control group were compared in the six sensitivity quality test indexes of hexagonal ball sensitivity test,cross quadrant jump sensitivity test,T-run sensitivity test,step change,small crushing step to catch tennis ball and full table unsettled swing speed,to investigate the effect of rope ladder training on the sensitivity quality development of 8-10 years old youth table tennis players,and the following conclusions were drawn.1.After 12 weeks of rope ladder teaching intervention training,it can be seen from the comparison of test data before and after the experimental group that there is a significant difference in the six test indicators of male and female students,indicating that rope ladder training has a significant effect on the development of the sensitive quality of young table tennis players.In the future,rope ladder training can be appropriately added to the sensitive quality training of young table tennis players,enriching the form and content of training.2.After 12 weeks of traditional sensitivity training,the comparison of test data before and after the control group showed significant differences between male and female students in T-shaped running sensitivity test and small step tennis test indicators.The results of the other four test indicators also improved,indicating that traditional sensitivity training can also effectively develop the sensitivity quality of young table tennis players.3.Through the 12-week experiment,comparing the experimental test results of the experimental group with those of the control group,it can be seen that the scores of the hexagonal ball sensitivity test and the small crush tennis test of the experimental group showed significant differences with those of the control group,and the experimental group improved more significantly in the six test indexes,indicating that rope ladder training is more beneficial to the development of the sensitivity quality of youth table tennis players compared with the traditional sensitivity quality training method,and table tennis This indicates that the rope ladder training is more beneficial to the development of youth table tennis players’ agility than the traditional agility training methods. |
