| Research Objectives:Agility is one of the elements of athletes’physical fitness,which has an important effect on athletes’physical fitness and special competitive ability.In most ball games,all requirements under the situation of abrupt change of time and space,the athletes have the precise control of body movements and the ability to position change,at the same time to make a flexible,rapid response on the outside emergency and judgment,these are all the factors of sensitive quality,in tennis,badminton,table tennis and so on small ball games for athletes in the sensitive quality request is higher.In view of this,the purpose of research are as follows:1.By constructing three projects athlete sensitive factors of regression model,a clear athletes in three sports the main influencing factors of agility quality,enhancing the quality of the coaches and athletes to sensitive,sensitive to quality training contents and methods of more targeted,It provides theoretical basis for athletes’agility training in three sports,Promote the scientific level of agility quality training;2.Through the comparative study of athletes’agility qualities in the three events,explore the differences and connections between athletes’agility qualities in different events,so as to transplant and refer to theories and methods,and promote the improvement of athletes’competitive abilities in the three events;3.Through the comparative study on the agility quality of athletes of different levels,the influence of agility quality on sports performance is further clarified,and the status of agility quality in the process of sports training is improved.Research methods:The main research methods of this study are test method and mathematical statistics method.Test is divided into two parts,the first part of tennis,badminton,table tennis players selected 32,sex ratio,level including primary,secondary,athletes,athletes test sample size used to build three projects athlete sensitive component regression model and sensitive quality comparison between different projects;In the second part of the test,six tennis,badminton and table tennis players were selected,and their sports levels were level 1,Level 2 and no level.The samples were used to verify the regression model of sensitivity quality components.Research for speedcourt test training system(Chinese name:sensitivity ability:Ytennis=8.313+2.723×number of correct predictive decision-0.953×average response time;Ybadminton=14.119+1.571×number of correc t prediction decisions-1.734×response ability;Yping=15.753+2.105×number of cor rect predictive decisions-1.491×Average response time.Changing movement ability:Ytennis=35.104+0.395×lower limb movement freq uency-6.991×average reaction time+1.085×100 meter score;Yfeather=49.392+0.505×lower limb movement frequency-2.498×100 m score-7.671×A average re action time;Yping=29.341+0.541×lower limb movement frequency-1.003×100meter score-3.790×average reaction time.2.The weight of directional ability,predictive decision-making ability and shifting ability in tennis players’agility was 0.232,0.534,0.234 respectively.The weights of the sensitivity of badminton players were 0.330,0.521,0.149 respectively.The weights of agility in table tennis players were 0.224,0.387,0.389 respectively.3.There were significant differences between the regression coefficients and constant terms of the regression models of tennis and badminton players’turning ability,P<0.05;There was significant difference between the regression coefficients of tennis and table tennis players’predictive decision-making ability,P<0.05;There was a significant difference between the regression coefficient and the constant term of the regression model of tennis,badminton and table tennis players’shifting movement ability,P<0.05.4.There was significant difference in the comprehensive sensitivity of tennis,badminton and table tennis players(P<0.05),and the order was badminton>table tennis>tennis;The order of"turning ability"and"predictive decision ability"is badminton>table tennis>tennis,and the order of"shifting ability"is table tennis>tennis,badminton,tennis and badminton players have no significant difference(P>0.05).There were significant differences in agility among athletes of different grades in the three events(P<0.05).Research Conclusions:1.For tennis,badminton and table tennis athletes,"vertical jump height,lower limb movement frequency,short distance performance(speed)"are the key to determine their ability to change direction;"Correct times and response time of decision prediction"is the key to its decision prediction ability."Lower limb movement frequency,average reaction time and moving speed"are the key factors that determine the ability of movement transformation.By improving the performance of these factors,the agility quality of effective athletes can be improved,and then the performance of athletes in the competition can be improved.Similarly,the measurement of these aspects of athletes can predict the level of their agility quality,and has certain predictive value for athletes’special results.2.According to the sample data of the constitution factors of the athletes’agility in tennis,badminton and table tennis events,combined with the scoring of experts,the weights of the constitution factors of the athletes’agility in the three events were determined,and the comprehensive evaluation models of the athletes’agility in the three events were constructed as follows:Ytennis=0.232×ability to change direction+0.534×ability to predict decision+0.234×ability to change action;Ybadminton=0.330×steering ability+0.521×predictive decision ability+0.149×shifting ability;YPing=0.224×ability to change direction+0.387×ability to predict decision+0.389×ability to change movement.The three evaluation models have a certain guiding significance for sports training practice,and the approximate degree of the models confirms that the division of the netted opposing small ball events is scientific and reasonable to a certain extent.At the same time,there are obvious differences among them in different dimensions of agility.3.Through the study found,tennis,badminton,table tennis athletes and sensitive quality factors between project characteristic,the project is different,its sensitive quality factors also there is a difference,badminton athlete’s turn and forecasting decision-making ability is relatively more prominent,and the transformation of operation of table tennis player ability is relatively more prominent.4.Through the study found that the sensitive quality of badminton and table tennis athletes compared with tennis players are more prominent,three projects of the more prominent athlete grade,the higher its sensitive quality,our traditional advantage project that the athletes sensitive quality also has certain advantages,athletes,there is a close relationship between sensitive quality and performance,To a certain extent,improving the sensitivity of athletes is an important way to improve sports performance,which fully confirms the important impact of sensitivity on sports performance,and further verifies the reliability of test data. |
