To guide the reform of physical education curriculum with the core quality of Chinese students’ development is the necessary meaning of carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and talents in the field of school physical education.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,case analysis,logic analysis and other research methods to dig and analyze the characteristics of the emerging sports of flag football from the perspective of cultivating the core literacy of sports disciplines.On this basis,the curriculum of flag football is discussed by using the theory of learning and instructional design.This paper establishes the focus of the construction of waist flag football course from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and evaluation methods.In order to enrich the content of school physical education curriculum,at the same time,provide theoretical reference for the curriculum of physical education discipline core literacy,and provide practical basis for the curriculum of emerging sports projects.Specific conclusions are as follows:1.The core literacy of sports discipline can only be truly implemented into school sports practice with the help of sports curriculum,so as to realize the transformation of theoretical goals into concrete practices.The key to the implementation of core literacy of sports discipline is to conduct in-depth analysis on the characteristics of emerging sports such as flag football.2.Flag football is a sport with the fundamental characteristics of passing and scoring in a specific area under certain rules.The accuracy of football passing and the ability of tactical execution are the key to the success or failure of flag football.It not only involves the development of participants’ personal abilities such as running,moving and motor skills,but also requires good observation and judgment ability,sufficient trust and cooperation ability,and strong execution and decision ability.It is a model of using certain rules and skills to cultivate students’ core qualities such as sports ability,healthy behavior and sports ethics.3.The course design of flag football based on the core literacy of the subject should focus on improving the team’s ability of information collection,problem analysis and tactical execution through division of labor.In terms of course content,emphasis should be placed on the explicit technical and tactical content of flag football,such as passing,receiving,route running and tactical design,etc.,to enhance students’ implicit character,such as hard-working,unity and cooperation,practice and innovation,perseverance and courage to show sword.In the course organization and implementation,students’ ability of independent thinking is cultivated through situational teaching.4.Tactical awareness,executive ability and instantaneous decision ability are the most important core representation of flag football,and also the key to problem solving ability emphasized in the cultivation of core literacy of sports disciplines.Teachers are required to have strong experience accumulation,good overall perspective and judgment of opportunity,and be able to design targeted courses.Making the best judgment and staffing arrangements in the face of a variety of complex situations,the training of flag football teachers and the supporting curriculum policy arrangement is another important factor in the wide spread of the program.
