Shanxi Red Spirit Into The Times Of New Cultivation Research

The report to the 19 th National Congress of the CPC put forward the major strategic task of "training new people to assume the great responsibility of national rejuvenation".Training new people with ideal,ability and responsibility is of great significance to realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As the core of red culture,the red spirit has important spiritual elements and educational values.It is an important proposition of The Times to make full use of the red spirit to educate the public,especially the young college students,so that they can carry forward the red culture and inherit the red spirit and grow up to be the new generation worthy of the national responsibility.To cultivate new people,we should make full use of and carry forward the red spirit.As one of the outstanding representatives of the red spirit,Shanxi Red Spirit contains rich ideological elements,which is highly in line with the training requirements of the new generation.It has important educational value in helping young people establish their ideals and beliefs,assume historical missions,and improve their moral level.However,at present,due to the problems in the main content,methods and realization mechanism of Shanxi red spirit education,the effect of red spirit training is not good,which makes some young people make wrong value judgment and cultural choice in the face of the complicated cultural environment,which is not conducive to the growth of young people,nor is it conducive to the realization of the goal of cultivating people by virtue in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the practice path and concrete measures of Shanxi red spirit training for the new generation of young college students to grow into the new generation of ideal,capable and responsible.The thesis focuses on the following problems: First,summarize the formation and development of the red spirit in Shanxi,and analyze the relevant discourse of Marx,Engels,Lenin and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China on youth education.Second,it analyzes the feasibility of integrating Shanxi red spirit into the training of new recruits from the aspects of ideal and belief,ability and responsibility,and moral level,and clarifies the relationship between them.Thirdly,on the basis of empirical research,it explores the existing problems and causes of Shanxi red spirit in the education of young people.Fourthly,in view of the problems existing in the training of young college students in Shanxi red spirit,from the perspectives of school,family,society and media,this paper discusses the practical path and concrete measures of using Shanxi red spirit to train new students in the era,so as to give full play to the education value of Shanxi red spirit.In the new era,fully excavating the important value of Shanxi red spirit and cultivating new people is a beneficial innovation to achieve the goal of cultivating morality and cultivating people through cultural education.
