| Research background: In the context of the rapid development of industrialization,informatization and internationalization in China,and the continuous transformation of economic structure.The integration of industry and education has become a new trend in the development of the industrial system,and colleges and universities need to rely on the society to cultivate a large number of high-quality application-oriented talents who adapt to the transformation of social development mode and changes in economic structure,but due to various factors and conditions,the supply side of talent training and the industrial demand side can not fully adapt to the trend of social development in terms of structure,quality and level,and the problem of "two skins" still exists.At the same time,there are problems such as homogenization in the development of colleges and universities,difficulty in student employment,especially in the career development path of tennis graduates,unclear positioning,unclear goals,insufficient integration of their own and discipline advantages and resources,and low integration with society,industry and other participants.Therefore,based on the perspective of industry-education integration,this study examines the career development path of college tennis students from the two dimensions of industrial demand side and talent supply side,so as to improve the core competitiveness of tennis students in the social market.Research Objectives: Using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,expert evaluation method and mathematical statistics method,this paper selected 10 universities with tennis special classes in Chengdu,and selected 605 students from 10 universities with 2020-2022 tennis special courses as survey objects,and investigated basic information such as further study,employment destination,employment area,and salary situation.At the same time,starting from the two dimensions of talent training supply side and industry demand side of integration of industry and education,this paper explores the satisfaction of tennis graduates with university training goals,curriculum system,teachers,educational resources and quality management in terms of talent training supply side,and docks the current situation and existing problems of college talent training.On the side of industry demand,it is found that different career paths have the requirements for the quality,knowledge and ability that tennis graduates need to have.Dig deep into the needs of the industry and the urgent problems that need to be solved in the process of integration of industry and education,promote the deep integration of industrial demand and university supply,and jointly develop the career development path of tennis graduates.The results showed that:(1)The ratio of men to women in the tennis special class was6.5:3.5,which showed that there were more boys than girls.In the career development planning,23.3% of tennis students chose to continue their studies,and 76.7% chose employment.(2)In terms of employment,colleges and universities accounted for 4%,senior middle schools or technical secondary schools accounted for 5.4%,junior primary and secondary schools accounted for 27%,enterprises and institutions(related to tennis)accounted for 9.6%,enterprises and institutions(unrelated to tennis)accounted for 5.4%,civil service accounted for 4.4%,tennis coaches accounted for 28%,self-employment(related to tennis)accounted for 9.8%,and others accounted for 6.5%.(3)In terms of employment areas,first-tier cities accounted for 50.8%,second-tier cities accounted for 33.6%,third-tier cities accounted for 9.3%,fourth-tier cities accounted for 5.1%,and fifth-tier cities accounted for 1.2%.(4)In terms of employment income,the annual income of less than 50,000 accounted for3.5%,5-80,000 accounted for 27.3%,8-100,000 accounted for 43.1%,10-150,000 accounted for 21.9,15-200,000 accounted for 3%,and higher than 200,000 accounted for 1.2%.(5)On the supply side of talent training,the average value of training objectives(To)is3.43,the average value of curriculum system(Cs)is 3.22,the average value of teachers(Tl)is3.54,the average value of educational resources(RIE)is 3.53,and the average value of quality management(QA)is 3.10.(6)On the demand side of talent training,the average value of quality(Q)is 4.13,the average value of knowledge(KSI)is 4.06,and the average value of ability(CAP)is 4.13.From the survey data and the above standards,it can be seen that the talent specifications of tennis graduates in the industry demand side,and the average values of ability,quality(Q),knowledge(KSI)and ability(CAP)that tennis graduates should have are 4.13,4.06 and 4.13,respectively,which are greater than 4 points.The research conclusions:(1)The overall trend of graduating students of tennis in colleges and universities in Chengdu is more male than female,and nearly 80% of tennis special students choose not to continue their studies,and their employment destinations are mainly concentrated in tennis coaches,primary and secondary schools,tennis-related independent entrepreneurship,enterprises and institutions,etc.;Employment areas are also mainly distributed in first-and second-tier cities,with an overall annual income of50,000-150,000.(2)Through the analysis of the supply side of talent training,the average values of tennis special graduates in the supply side of talent training(To),curriculum system(Cs),teachers(Tl),educational resources(RIE),and quality management(QA)are all below 4 points,which is between a little non-conformance and conformity,and the average values of training goals(To),curriculum system(Cs),and quality management(QA)are lower than 3.5,which is close to a little non-conformity.Tennis graduates are not satisfied with the supply side of college talent training.(3)Through the analysis of talent training demand side,the talent specification requirements of tennis special graduates in the industry demand side,the average values of ability,quality(Q),knowledge(KSI)and ability(CAP)should have of tennis special graduates are 4.13,4.06 and 4.13,respectively,all of which are greater than 4 points,and the degree of recognition of talent specifications in terms of quality,knowledge and ability that tennis special graduates should have is relatively high.(4)Through the analysis of the integration degree of talent training supply side and industrial demand side,the integration of talent training supply side and industrial demand side is not high,which is reflected in training goals,teachers,curriculum system,educational resources and quality management.(5)Through the analysis of the supply side of talent training and the demand side of the industry,the main paths for tennis graduates include: 1.Tennis coaches: with strong professional skills,qualifications for work in the field of tennis,and the basic knowledge of sports disciplines and the relevant principles of sports skills.2.Primary and secondary school tennis teachers: have high political and ideological quality,systematically master the basic knowledge of physical education and the professional knowledge of various branches of disciplines,and be proficient in the basic teaching skills,movement skills and organization of various skills in primary and secondary schools.3.Independent entrepreneurship(related to tennis): proficient in basic application management and business knowledge,with certain interpersonal skills and resource acquisition and integration skills,with strong leadership skills.4.Enterprises and institutions and civil service system(related to tennis): have strong professional skills,master basic application management knowledge,and understand the basic knowledge of the corresponding position;Have strong political literacy,proficient in the basic knowledge of the corresponding position,and have certain writing and management skills.5.Tennis teachers in colleges and universities: master the basic theories,skills and basic methods of tennis projects,have professional qualifications in the field of colleges and universities,and have strong professional skills;Understand the basic knowledge of physical education,strong teaching organization skills,have the ability to engage in sports science research,and write sports academic papers and research reports.Research suggestions:(1)Cooperate with the needs of the tennis market and students’ personality,and cultivate innovative and application-oriented tennis talents.(2)Adjust the tennis course settings according to the needs of the tennis market and improve the quality management system.(3)Empower the growth of tennis teachers and strengthen the construction of high-quality,professional and innovative tennis teachers.(4)Strengthen the investment in educational resources of tennis projects,enrich educational content,enrich teaching forms,and improve education and teaching satisfaction.(5)Strengthen cooperation with employers and promote the deep integration of industry and education. |
