On The Cultivation And Development Of Tennis Talents In Shanxi Universities:under The Perspective Of "Integration Of Sports And Education"

In China,from the concept of "sports and education cooperation" and "sports and education combination" gradually put forward to the concept of "sports and education integration",has experienced a long development process.However,the previous practice results are mostly unsatisfactory.Based on the development status of shanxi（college）tennis,"Teach fused horizon," shanxi college tennis can be summarized as the talent cultivation and development of signalling significance of enrollment system predicament of the history and mutual constraint,training system,is extremely important in the tennis training system of teachers and long-standing strong the meaning of "path dependence" management system.This article selects the shanxi colleges and universities tennis talents as the research object,comprehensively uses the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method,the expert interview method and the mathematical statistics method,has made the special research to shanxi colleges and universities tennis talents cultivation and the development problem under the "sports education integration" vision.Starting from clarifying the relationship between the concepts of "integration of sports and education" and "juguo system","separation of sports and education","integration of sports and education","return to education" and "new development stage",the "integration of sports and education" is briefly summarized as follows: In the training of students or athletes,the goal setting and realization process is aimed at solving the realistic alienation between the cultivation of sports skills and the realization of educational functions,and promoting the further integration of "physical" and "teaching".The research shows that The Times requirements for the cultivation and development of shanxi university tennis talents from the perspective of "sports and education integration" include: more attention should be paid to the physical health of shanxi university tennis talents;Youth training systems such as sports schools should be gradually integrated into the national education system;To constantly improve and enrich the campus tennis tournament system;To promote the construction of campus tennis teachers,coaches,security efforts continue to increase;To constantly promote the degree of social participation in tennis greatly improved;Efforts should be made to promote the construction of high-level tennis teams more reasonable layout,more obvious characteristics.The research shows that The Times requirements for the cultivation and universities in the development of tennis top-level design,based on the concept of "sports and education integration",focus on the supply side of shanxi university tennis talent training policy to do a good job in the top-level system design;Based on the "representative team" of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,promote the system construction of shanxi university tennis talent training,with the help of the prosperity of tennis events in leisure times,promote the construction of competition system,and improve the construction of competition system by promoting tennis into the campus and other measures;Based on the perfection of training and learning mechanism,the perfection of teacher training mechanism and the joint operation of provincial and municipal teams,we should ensure the perfection of the mechanism of talent training and development.From the perspective of "integration of sports and education",the path selection of the cultivation and development of
